Then join our Badminton Coaching session, improve your games and have more fun playing! **When** Thursdays, 7- 9 pm 14 Aug. – 18 Sept., weekly for 6 weeks **What you will learn** This course is designed to provide a good understanding of the basics of the game, to provide a solid foundation on which to build and improve skills and techniques. The course will cover: * Basics: Equipment, shoes, court layout, scoring * Grips, Opening Positions * Movement at net * Backhand low serve * Return of serve: net & clearance * Backhand flick/high serve * Overhead clearance shot * Forehand low serve * Forehand flick serve * Doubles movement & positioning **Details** * Each session will entail 0 mins of coaching and 30 mins of practice/play time. * The 1st 90 minutes will be coaching in a dedicated court. * The remaining 30 minutes will be play time so you can practice what you’ve learnt. The lesson is ideal for pre-intermediate, intermediate and upper-intermediate students wishing to get to the next level. The session is aimed at beginners and intermediate level players who have either never played tennis previously or would like to improve on their game. Join our 2 hours session which will consist of warm up followed by drills focusing on technical skill coaching and will include Forehand / Backhand / Volley and Serve.
