The course will cover: * Basics: Equipment, shoes, court layout, scoring * Grips, Opening Positions * Movement at net * Backhand low serve * Return of serve: net & clearance * Backhand flick/high serve * Overhead clearance shot * Forehand low serve * Forehand flick serve * Doubles movement & positioning **Details** * Each session will entail 0 mins of coaching and 30 mins of practice/play time. * The 1st 90 minutes will be coaching in a dedicated court. * The remaining 30 minutes will be play time so you can practice what you’ve learnt. Every week is a badminton academy for improver/intermediate/advanced standard. I also run thirteen teams that play in leagues out of the academy. Unfortunately this class does not cater for beginners! Wanting people who wish to enjoy and improve with games and advice with a coach who has played county and national level badminton, and has also played for England.
