Volunteers - guests too! - are invited to speak for 1-2 minutes on a surprise question or topic. It's a great way to practice thinking on your feet. * ***Short Break of 10 minutes*** * **Prepared Speeches** * Members deliver speeches prepared ahead of time, usually 5-7 minutes in length. Each speech is a step in the Toastmasters learning pathway. * **Evaluations** Every speech will be thoughtfully evaluated by a designated Evaluator. These evaluations focus on strengths, improvement tips, and encouragement. It's a crucial part of the Toastmasters experience. * **Role Reports** Throughout the meeting, members take on supportive roles that ensure the flow of the evening and give everyone a chance to grow. **Be our guest!** This meetup is open to guests.
