Join us for chill **outdoor** beach volley at **Funkhaus Beach**! 🏐 🏐 🏐 ☀️ This event is for everyone who enjoys chill games and is not a *complete* beginner (A1.5+). We play 3v3 (or 4v4) with beach rules. There are no trainers at this event. Register via [the simultaneous event](https://www.meetup.com/berlin-volley/events/) for higher-level 2v2 matches (F1+). After playing, you can join us for socials with drinks and snacks at the bar area. We often play a social deduction game, which you're also welcome to join. We play in domes that are heated up to at least 15C. It's recommended that you come 10 minutes early so you have time to change and find the fields. If it is your first time, 15 minutes might be even better. You can join whatever court you like and move between courts during the event. We self-organize, so once you finish a game, you can start a rematch, mix with another court, or take a break as you see fit. Upon arrival, join the warmup happening on one of the courts. We’re not therapists or professionals — we’re humans navigating life, just like you. What we offer is empathy and understanding.

Hey everyone! I’m organising a co-working + socialising session for all of us who like to work on something (e.g. our own project, freelance or remote work) but don't feel like sitting alone at home. 🙂 To ensure that we have both **socialising** AND **working**, we will be using the so called “Pomodoro” technique: **50min of deep work** (silent), followed by **10min of break** to socialise. Then repeat! If you get into flow, you're also welcome to skip the breaks. It’s an effective way to stay focused - you can read more about it [here](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pomodoro_Technique). Anyone from any background is welcome, whatever project you are working on or whatever is your personal background. Our grandmaster Kang, Shin-Gyu is a student of famous grandmaster Kwon, Jae-Hwa, so that we can learn from the originals. Sounds sophisticated? It is - and also a lot of fun! Most of us are between 20 an 30 years old, half of them male and half female. But we welcome anybody any age! As a beginner you need nothing more than some comfortable sportswear. See you in Class!

Aesthetic Dance is a space to explore movement in your own way. There’s no choreography, no pressure, no need to perform. You’re invited to listen to your body, follow your impulses, and move as it feels natural to you — whether that’s dancing, stretching, resting, or simply being. fff- fit frei froh und gesund ebenso durch und mit Lachyoga Wir lachen auch bei Regen!!! Jeden Sonntag auf dem Tempelhofer Feld mit Heidi Janetzky. Lachyoga ist Wellness, Fitness, Resilienz- und Gesundheitstraining zugleich! Deshalb entwickelte der indische Arzt, Dr. Madan Kataria 1995 diese fröhliche spielerische Yoga-Methode: Lachen ohne Grund. Lachend, spielend, tanzend, singend und bewusst tief atmend - auch bei Frost und Schnee - stärkst Du gleichzeitig Deine körperliche und mentale Gesundheit und Fitness sowie Dein Immunsystem! So beugst Du Krankheiten vor. Dafür gibt es auch eine spezielle Übung: das vorbeugende Lachen. Du verbindest Dich lachend mit den anderen Teilnehmer\*innen. Du aktivierst eine Menge Glückshormone. So stärkst Du Deine Resilienz und kannst gelassener, fröhlicher und unbeschwerter in die neue Woche gehen. Und bei Kälte lachst Du Dich warm!!! Wichtig: warme Füße!!! **Worum geht’s?** Entdecke die Kraft der Worte – in Gemeinschaft. In dieser offenen Gruppe lesen wir gemeinsam kurze literarische Texte – Gedichte, Mikrotexte oder Auszüge aus längeren Werken – und lassen uns von ihnen zum Schreiben einladen. Nach dem gemeinsamen Lesen nehmen wir uns Zeit zum Nachdenken und Austausch. Anschließend schreiben wir 20–30 Minuten Seite an Seite – inspiriert von einzelnen Worten, Sätzen oder dem, was uns gerade bewegt. Im Mittelpunkt stehen nicht handwerkliche Aspekte, sondern das persönliche Erleben, das Gefühl von Verbundenheit und die Funken, die Worte in uns entzünden können – besonders für Menschen, die belastende Erfahrungen gemacht haben, und alle, die auf der Suche nach neuen Perspektiven sind.
