Il y en a pour tous les niveaux (du débutant - vraiment - à la cool jusqu'aux confirmés avec des allures de TGV 😉), c'est gratuit et l'ambiance y est très conviviale, y compris à l'after run. Rdv à 20h tous les mardis soirs au Central Park Paris au 5 rue du Jour, Paris 1er. Tu pourras te changer sur place (pas de vestiaire mais un étage entier nous est réservé) et y laisser un sac (même s'il n'y a jamais eu de souci, je conseille de ne rien laisser de valeur sur place car il n'y a pas de casier). We are a real world Martial arts group. \ Called DO JUNG ISHU (the art of fighting) \ Based off of Jeet kune do we just continued where Bruce Lee left off. \ We have been around a while. \ We are donation based.
