This talk introduces a method that uses Argo CD itself to render accurate diffs of Helm charts and Kustomize overlays between branches and posts the result directly on your pull request. We'll walk through a production setup using the Argo CD Operator, Argo CD Diff Preview, and GitLab CI, optimized for performance, minimal maintenance, and security.
