Achieving Business Agility is much harder and elusive than most people realise. With a predominant focus on agility at team level, most of the Agile implementations often miss the enablement of agility at the whole organisation level. It could be argued that businesses don't even have an agreed definition of what Business Agility is. During this session, the participants will start by exploring some of the characteristics and elements that enable agility in Business.
