I’m Raz a movement and yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience studying and practicing in India, the birthplace of yoga. I’ve taught internationally and worked with people from many backgrounds, helping them move with greater ease, awareness, and confidence. I’ve recently made Milan my home, and as an international teacher now based here, I would love to build a welcoming community through regular movement, breath, and mindful practice.
