Rabble - Fitness Through Games!
Rabble - Fitness Through Games!
A Rabble session is 1 hour of fun and social team games. Each game disguises high-intensity intervals within the rules, giving you an effective, all-body workout without even realising it. We play a bunch of different games at each session (like British Bulldog, Capture the Flag, Dodgeball, Frisbee and many more), and every class is different. Sessions are open to all, no matter your sporting ability. Each game is explained before we start, so there's no need to have played any of the games before. Come solo or bring friends! And stay at the end for the social part! Who knew getting fit could be this fun? **TO BOOK**: It's essential that you book onto sessions via our website, using the link below; due to restrictions on games and preparation times we cannot accept walk-ins, or late arrivals. [https://joinrabble.com/locations/london/](https://joinrabble.com/locations/london/) Use the code **FREEPLAY** to get your first game free! *** We play every: * Monday in Finsbury Park (19:00 - 20:00) * Tuesday in Shoreditch Park (19:00 - 20:00) * Wednesdays in Elephant & Castle (19:00-20:00) * Saturday in Southwark Park (10:30 - 11:30) * Saturday in Finsbury Park (11:00 - 12:00) * Sunday in Clapham Common (12:00 - 13:00) We hope to see you playing soon! Pure strength & Social
Pure strength & Social
At Workout with Pride, we're all about promoting lasting health and vitality. That's why we're introducing "Pure Strength," a new class focused on enhancing strength and mobility while keeping the excitement of our other offerings. Age brings unique needs, and our bodies demand more focus on mobility and the improvement of tight areas. As we age, maintaining muscle mass becomes crucial. Strength training is essential for both muscle retention and the health of our bones. Our "Pure Strength" class is a deliberately slower-paced approach to our regular strength training sessions. We've carved out specific times for resting and refining movements. We're creating a space where you can concentrate on developing strength, mobility, and confidence, with our renowned flare for fun and inclusivity. This exclusive class is available for a limited number of participants, so don't miss out on your chance to join us in shaping a healthier future for yourself. Together, let's work towards a stronger, more resilient you.

Wednesday Acting Workshop - Blood Wedding
Wednesday Acting Workshop - Blood Wedding
Our acclaimed Wednesday workshop returns - we'll be looking at Lorca's classic drama exploring fate, passion, and societal expectations. A bride elopes with her former lover on her wedding day, triggering deadly consequences. Rich in poetic symbolism and folk traditions, the play confronts loveโ€™s destructive force and the inevitability of death and honor. We will be working towards A FULL PRODUCTION in April 2026.. Mafia Game & Social โ€“ Beginner Friendly โ€“ Hydrant (Monument)
Mafia Game & Social โ€“ Beginner Friendly โ€“ Hydrant (Monument)
**Welcome to UK Mafia!** We meet regularly at **The Hydrant (Monument)** on the **Second Floor** (see large function room). It is near **London Bridge**. 1 Monument St, London EC3R 8BG **Do I need to know anything beforehand?** This is a **beginner-friendly** event, and most of you will be playing with us for the first time. You will get to play many games. Most importantly, this is a social activity, so feel free to talk to anyone between the games and have fun! **โ™‚๏ธ What is Mafia?** Have you seen 'The Traitors'? Play the game that 'Traitors' is based upon! Mafia is a 10-player social game; it can get competitive, but it's easy to learn. We play at multiple tables. You get a secret role and work with your team to win. A game lasts about 45 minutes, so we play many during the day. The **Mafia team** tries to hide and eliminate the **Citizens**, while the **Citizens** try to find the Mafia through deduction and logic. While this is a **beginner-only** event, we also host tournaments and online events with more experienced players from around the world. Ask us about our online games and trips abroad!โœˆ๏ธ *** **[How to Play?](https://bit.ly/HowToPlayMafia)** We will teach you how to play when you arrive. You will quickly see that the game has two phases: **Night:** * The Mafia secretly targets a Citizen * The *Don* (Mafia) learns if a player is the *Sheriff* * The *Sheriff* (Citizen) learns if someone is Mafia โ˜€๏ธ **Day:** * Each player says in their turn who they think the Mafia are * Then, everyone votes publicly to eliminate one player The game continues until the Mafia are eliminated or they outnumber (or equal) the Citizens. We will explain all the rules at the venue, and youโ€™ll pick it up. Want to learn more about the game? However, I understand that not everyone can afford to pay full price, and I donโ€™t want that to stop you from joining us. In an effort to find a balance between more financial accessibility and sustainable pricing, I now offer a โ€œPay What Worksโ€ model. This allows for financial flexibility while still valuing and respecting the work and energy I provide in creating and delivering these classes. Then send an email to ailien@fitandhappyoutdoors.com with the heading โ€œINVOICE pleaseโ€- followed by โ€œFAHO 1โ€ to pay full price as quoted below, โ€œFAHO 2โ€, for 20% off, or โ€œFAHO 3โ€ for 50% off. This session introduces Squad: an open-source framework for multi-agent orchestration that lets you define teams of AI agents with specific roles, responsibilities, and expertise. We'll progress from Copilot basics to the Copilot CLI, explore how Agents add autonomy, and see how Instructions and Skills let you customize agent behavior. Then, the climax: a live demo where a Squad team of 3 agents (Lead, Developer, Tester) stands up and builds a working application in real-time, showcasing true multi-agent collaboration. Whether you're new to AI or exploring how to scale your use of Copilot, this session will show you what's possible when agents work as a team. **YouTube Link** TBD

Contra dance with Big Scioty April 11 - Clinton Heights Lutheran church
Contra dance with Big Scioty April 11 - Clinton Heights Lutheran church
**Caller: Kim Thompson** **Band: Full Moon Country Dance Orchestra** **Clinton Heights Lutheran Church** **15 Clinton Heights Ave, Columbus, OH 43202** WHAT IS CONTRA DANCING? Picture the Grand Ball scenes like youโ€™ve seen in period films such as โ€œPride and Prejudiceโ€, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. Thatโ€™s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like โ€œswing your partnerโ€ and โ€œdo-si-do,โ€ like youโ€™ve seen in square dancing.
