Join us for a small outdoor mat Pilates class in Utrecht 🌿 We’ll meet in the park for a relaxed, beginner-friendly Pilates session. The class is suitable for all levels and focuses on moving your body, breathing, building strength and enjoying a calm evening outside. Please bring your own mat, water and comfortable clothes. The exact meeting point in the park will be shared before the class. Weather note: This is an outdoor class. After our first workshop, this picnic is a chance to get to know each other more personally, reflect on our experience together, and enjoy a meaningful summer moment as a community. We’ll share stories, ideas, food, and inspiration in a beautiful outdoor setting. I’ll bring a whiteboard where everyone can share ideas for future community gatherings, creative meetups, and ways to stay connected between workshops. It will also be a fun way to get to know each other better, discover shared interests, and help shape the community together.
