Kundalini Activation Process by Tracey • Saturday March 14th at 1PM EST
**If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply curious about deeper healing, this space is here for you.**
This work came into my life in 2022, at a time when I didn’t even realize how much tension and emotion I was holding in my body. I wasn’t looking for anything spiritual or dramatic. I just showed up, lay down, and received the transmission.
At first, I didn’t really understand what was happening. But session by session, something inside me began to soften.
Old emotions surfaced and released. My body felt lighter. My nervous system started to relax in a way it never had before. I began to feel more present, more grounded, and more connected to my intuition.
Life didn’t suddenly become perfect, but I felt more at peace inside it. And that changed everything.
This work isn’t about forcing anything or trying to reach a certain state. There are no techniques to master and nothing you need to do “right.”
You simply lie down, relax, and receive.
Your body responds in its own natural way.
Some people feel energy moving. Some release emotions. Some enter deep states of rest. And some just feel calmer and more centered afterward.
Every experience is different, and all of it is welcome.
This session is a space where you can:
* slow down
* release what you’ve been carrying
* reconnect with your body
* and remember that you don’t have to do life alone
You don’t need any experience.
You don’t need to prepare.
You don’t need to be “spiritual.”
Just come as you are.
If something inside you feels gently drawn to this, you’re welcome here.
With love,
Tracey
**What is KAP?**
**[Kundalini Activation Process® (KAP)](https://www.kapacademy.com/)** is a powerful and life-changing experience that helps you unlock your true potential. Imagine going on a deep adventure within yourself, finding hidden treasures of your personality and abilities that you didn't know existed. With KAP, you learn to light up the energy inside you and connect with the life force present in all living things. This process guides you to break free from old habits and beliefs that have been holding you back, allowing you to live in new and fulfilling ways.
KAP is the ***path of surrender***, it's about letting go rather than trying harder, different from practices like kundalini yoga, tantra, or chi gong. Energy moves from the top of your head down to your base, clearing blockages and healing old wounds on its way.
In this session, you'll receive a "***double transmission***" - a powerful mix of Kundalini energy and non-dual consciousness. This fusion will enliven your life force energy, revitalizing your body, mind, and energy flow. Simultaneously, your awareness will expand into the realm of non-duality, enriching your perception of the unity of all beings.
**HOW IS THE SESSION?**
I invite you to find a cozy spot to lie down on a yoga mat, where you can fully sink into this experience. Once you're settled, I'll start playing some specially chosen music that helps your brain relax more deeply.
During our time together, I'll focus on your energy centers, also known as chakras, and specific meridian points on your body. My goal is to use gentle touch and light pressure to help clear any energy blocks and support your overall well-being. Rest assured, the pressure will always be soft and comfortable to ensure you feel safe and at ease throughout our session.
**WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT DURING A SESSION?**
Walking into a KAP session, you leave the outside world behind. What happens next is nothing short of amazing.
**Energetic Vibes**: While you're lying down, you might start feeling a powerful energy moving through you. It's like an electric wave that fills you up, making every part of you come alive.
**Visual Adventures**: Your inner sight, or "third eye," wakes up, and suddenly, you're seeing vivid images, colors, and maybe even going on visual journeys to places beyond your wildest dreams.
**A Rollercoaster of Emotions**: It's normal to feel a whole spectrum of emotions during the session. You might feel anger, sadness, fear, happiness, or even burst into laughter. The magic happens when you allow yourself to fully experience these emotions without holding back.
**Unexpected Movements**: You might find your body moving in ways you didn't plan, like stretching, shaking, or even striking a yoga pose. Listen to what your body wants to do without overthinking it. You may feel tension build up and then release, leaving you in a state of deep relaxation.
**Blissful Moments**: There's a chance you'll reach a bliss state, where you're completely in the moment, feeling a deep sense of joy and satisfaction. It's tough to put this feeling into words, but it's unforgettable once you've felt it.
**DISCOVER THE BENEFITS OF KAP**
* **Freedom from Emotional Baggage**: Wave goodbye to those heavy emotions that drag you down.
* **Broadened Consciousness**: Find yourself thinking and understanding beyond your usual limits.
* **Intuition Amplified**: Your gut feelings get louder and clearer.
* **Stress and Anxiety Reduction**: Watch your worries and tensions melt away.
* **Boosted Confidence**: Feel more sure of yourself and your value.
* **Wiser Decisions**: Navigate life with a sharper compass.
* **Pure Bliss**: Experience moments of unadulterated joy.
* **Stronger Boundaries**: Learn to say no with confidence.
* **Shedding Limitations**: Free yourself from thoughts and patterns that hold you back.
* **Breaking Old Habits**: Step out of cycles that no longer serve you.
* **Increased Resilience**: Find strength to change what doesn't work in your life.
* **Deeper Compassion**: Understand and connect with others on a new level.
* **Clear Mind**: Enjoy the tranquility of a calm and focused brain.
* **Creative and Spiritual Growth**: Explore new ideas and feel more connected to the world.
* **Purpose and Direction**: Find your path and walk it with confidence.
* **Healthier Relationships**: Connect with others in more meaningful ways.
* **Unity and Gratitude**: Feel part of something bigger and appreciate the small things.
* **Enhanced Intuitive Skills**: Tap into your inner psychic.
* **Empowerment**: Take control of your life and happiness.
**An Invitation to Remember**
This space is not about performance or perfection. It is not about doing more, achieving more, or becoming someone new.
It is about remembering.
Feeling.
Coming home.
To your body.
To your soul.
To the divine intelligence already within you.
Whether this is your first session or part of your deeper path, I welcome you with all my heart.
With love,
**Tracey Amoura**

Hike Mount Nemo
**Please note the only way to register for this adventure is on [our website.](https://www.wildernessunion.com/adventures/hike-mount-nemo)**
***Mount Nemo, one of the most popular scenic spots in the GTA, offers breathtaking views of the Niagara Escarpment while being conveniently close to the city.***
Despite its proximity, the area feels beautifully removed from the hustle and bustle of daily life. As we hike along the ancient limestone formations that shape the escarpment, we’ll be on the lookout for *Eastern Cedars*, some of the oldest living trees in the world.
This is a fun 7 km hike that's accessible but super interesting — you'll feel truly connected with the escarpment as you walk through cracks in the rock and alongside ancient forest that goes all the way to the cliff edge.
On this hike you can expect:
\- Ancient cedar trees
\- Sweeping panoramic views
\- Dramatic escarpment ridge formations
\- Scramble up rocks & wooden ladders
**Depending on snow levels we may be required to use snowshoes or ice spikes. We have a limited quantity available that you can grab at check-out. Ice spikes are free to borrow and snow shoes can be rented for a small fee.**
**Highlights**
**Scenic hike -** Walk through some of Ontario's oldest forests and enjoy the varied terrain and ecology.
**Local mountain -** Only 45 minutes west of Toronto, Mount Nemo is the perfect accessible hike for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts and people who want to just dip their toes in what Ontario nature has to offer.
**Panoramic escarpment views -** Once at the top of Mount Nemo, enjoy some beautiful views.
**Event cost: $40+HST - optional transport available.**
**Register [here.](https://www.wildernessunion.com/adventures/hike-mount-nemo)**
**About Wilderness Union**
Wilderness Union is deliberate about building an outdoors community that connects you to the life-changing magic of the outdoors and helps you find your people.
Members range from 20-40 years old. The group is a mix of GTA locals and newcomers to Toronto from within Canada and abroad.
Attendance numbers on Meetup don't reflect our actual event attendance - we typically have 15-20 community members at each event. Large enough that there's someone new to meet but small enough that it's not overwhelming!

Stoa of Ontario Monthly Meeting
We are a monthly meetup where we get together and discuss Stoic Philosophy and it's practical application to life. All are welcome, including those new to Stoicism and everyday practitioners. Out meetups are casual and we typically discuss a new Stoic quote each month. The meetup is held at one of our member's home in Toronto for a few hours each month.
A little about Stoicsm, simply put, Stoicism was designed to help people live their best possible lives.
It’s a philosophy of life that maximizes positive emotions, reduces negative emotions and helps individuals to hone their virtues of character.
At any moment, in any situation, and at any stage of life, Stoicism provides a framework for living well. It reminds people of what is truly important, providing practical strategies to get more of what is valuable.
Stoicism was deliberately created to be understandable, actionable and useful. Practicing Stoicism doesn’t require learning an entirely new philosophical lexicon or meditating for hours a day. Instead, it offers an immediate, useful and practical way to find tranquility and improve one’s strengths of character.
Sunday PUB-NIGHT/iNtuitive Banter @ The Pint
Join your community of fellow Intuitives and MBTI nerds for a casual evening of engaging conversation.
We get together every second Sunday – with a mix of regulars and new friends. There is no fee to attend, though we ask that you support the venue by ordering something to eat or drink.
**Feel free to contact event host B. via Facebook/Meetup messenger, or text/call 416-712-8635 for directions**.
About the venue: The Pint Public House
Nearest Subway: Union Station
Map / Directions: https://maps.app.goo.gl/G5GfXDSQXeifJ5ot5
We make an effort to find pubs that are quiet and introvert friendly, with a section to ourselves. We make no effort to muffle our extroverts, but should they get out of hand, our resident INTJ will use their death stare, to pull them back in line.
Barking & Being Walk
A relaxed walking group for anyone who enjoys dogs, philosophy, and good conversation by the water.
We meet in Port Credit and walk along the lake, taking time to discuss big questions about life, meaning, freedom, responsibility, and the strange experience of being human. Conversations are loosely inspired by existential thinkers like Jean-Paul Sartre, Simone de Beauvoir, and Albert Camus, but no academic background is required.
Dogs are welcome, but you don’t need a dog to join. Some people come to walk their dogs, some come for the philosophy, and some just want fresh air and thoughtful conversation by the lake.
Bring water, dog treats & poop bags
It’s PWYC just to cover the meet up membership cost and to ensure attendance is accurate
Wim Hof Method
It's better when we're together. Come and experience the power of the WHM with a wonderful group of people. We breathe, we go into the cold and we teach our bodies to heat up properly. We develop resilience and the mindset to use these powerful healing tools over and over again, all year round. This gathering is fully guided by Wim Hof instructor Steve Beattie.
If you are new to this, come on down, enjoy the support and practice in a safe way with us. If you already have a WHM practice this meetup is a great way to take it to the next level, and make lots of new friends.
There will be a fire, snacks and drinks shared by other attendees. We have been doing this 6 for years!

Wednesday, March 18
1:00pm - 2:30pm
Gone are the days when a garden could be ornamental alone. We now recognize the impact that our land care practices have on the ecosystems around us, and can see the importance of encouraging biodiversity. Thankfully, we do not need to sacrifice beauty when we invite butterflies and songbirds into our gardens.
Rebecca McMackin has cultivated gorgeous landscapes in the toughest environments possible: urban parks, school playgrounds, and the sidewalks of New York City. She will take lessons from her work at Brooklyn Bridge Park, the Brooklyn Museum, and decades of research to share how those of us who are fortunate enough to care for land, can do it beautifully and ecologically.
Rebecca McMackin is an ecologically obsessed horticulturist and garden designer. She writes, lectures, and teaches on ecological landscape management and pollination ecology, as well as designs the rare public garden.
She is currently Lead Horticulturist for the American Horticultural Society, an Associate with the Harvard Divinity School’s Thinking with Plants and Fungi Initiative, and Consulting Arboretum Curator for Woodlawn Cemetery in the Bronx, NY.
Rebecca spent a decade as Director of Horticulture of Brooklyn Bridge Park, where she managed 85 acres of diverse parkland organically. Their research into cultivating urban biodiversity and ethical management strategies has influenced thousands of people and entire urban parks systems to adopt similar approaches.
She has been published by and featured in the New York Times, Gardens Illustrated, on NPR and PBS. Her garden for the Brooklyn Museum recently won the PPA’s Award of Excellence and her TED Talk has been viewed over a million times. She holds M.Sc. from Columbia University and University of Victoria in landscape design and biology and recently completed the Loeb Fellowship at the
Harvard Graduate School of Design.
This program is presented in partnership with Rooted in Bexley and generously funded by the Bexley Community Foundation and Bexley Community Author Series Fund.
Let's try a Friday Night Fish Fry!
We thought of one of the interesting things that can be enjoyed at this time of the year. We will be meeting at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church for a "Fish Fry" in Marian Hall on Friday, March 27th at 5:00 PM.
It might be fun for you to experience what has become a tradition on the Fridays before Easter. They will have fried fish or baked fish, French fries and Cole slaw, as well as beverages, all for $16.00 for adults. They will have other beverages and desserts available for sale, as well. We have never tried this, and sometimes there are quite a few people at these events so we hope that we will be able to find each other easily. I'll try to have signs outside Marian Hall that Identify our group. We hope to have you join us!
