Park Workout and Martial Arts
We'll start off the session with a run in Gleisdreieck park that might include scaling some walls, visiting a few sites in the area to explore their opportunities for climbing and balancing, or going up or down stairs in unusual ways. After the outdoors bit, we come back to our gym where we focus on building strength, working as a group, and learning basic martial arts techniques. We are a small, accessible, mixed-gender, queer-friendly group open to anyone, without any prior knowledge or specific degree of fitness required. Our martial art is Jutaijutsu, a traditional Japanese one focused on self-defence.
Sounds interesting? We'd love for you to drop by and join us. You'll need running shoes and comfortable workout clothes, including a raincoat or the like for the park if the weather is bad. Once indoors, we train barefoot. The first three Meetups are free of charge. If you'd like to join our group beyond that, we would ask you to join our association, https://yanagi.berlin, a martial arts school based in Berlin. Membership there is 30 EUR/month and you will be able to train three times a week.

Do you like to play football - but relaxed and not with competitive or aggressive players? Are you a bit lazy, a bit old, a bit unfit or not so talented? Then Lousy & Lazy Football is the right thing for you!
We are a group of friendly people who just want to have a relaxed kick. All genders, ages (+18) and nationalities welcome. Feel free to join the waitlist even if it seems long - sometimes we make the event larger and play on two pitches (24 players, four teams) or even three pitches (36 players, six teams), depending on demand.

Lousy & Lazy rules:
1. **Donât be competitive - fun only! Enjoy the workout, nice people, wonderful weather and magic ball moments**
2. **No emotional shouting, no telling other players where to go and what to do**

4. **Avoid injuring yourself and other players at all costs: Tight situation? Give up the ball rather them going all in**
5. **Support less fit and less skilled players by giving them the time and space to play the ball, don't intercept passes to and from them. Bonus points: Make them shine!**
6. **Donât dribble past multiple players (trying to take on one player is fine)**
7. **Donât close down the defenders too quickly. Give the team a chance to play the ball out.**
8. **Rotate the goalkeeper**
9. **Be a teamplayer**

Wie auf dem Bild bereits ersichtlich "streckt" sich das CafĂ©, was uns eine besonders geeignete Basis fĂŒr intensiven Austausch zwischen den Teilnehmern ermöglicht. In einem kurzen Impuls gibt Moderator Oliver Gehrmann ein paar Einblicke in die Möglichkeiten, dem eigenen Business mit Hilfe von Kurzvideos ("Reels") auf Plattformen, wie YouTube, Instagram und TikTok zu mehr Sichtbarkeit zu verhelfen.
Wir gehen auf Fragen ein, welches Equipment benötigt wird, worĂŒber man als Unternehmer am besten spricht und welchen Effekt man sich letzten Endes wirklich davon erhoffen kann.

Since restarting the event in 2023 we have asked attendees to wear a face mask. This requirement feels incredibly anachronistic these days so at the end of 2025 we decided to drop the requirement. That being said, **we ask everyone showing any signs of illness to be considerate and refrain from attending the event**.
