We encounter challenges, frustrations, and restrictions due to our international residence. Managing these by yourself can be challenging. You can feel less alone in this process by joining this workshop. You can learn to offer and accept help while also learning new coping mechanisms. This workshop is for persons who, along with their suitcases full of hopes, carry around tiny bags of uneasy emotions while living abroad.
