Gentle Vinyasa is a slow, mindful yoga practice that connects breath and movement in a steady rhythm. The class focuses on soft flow sequences designed to release tension, improve mobility, and support nervous system balance. The pace allows participants to move with awareness rather than intensity. The session concludes with sound healing using crystal bowls. The sound supports integration and relaxation, allowing the body to settle after movement. Prozkoumáme tři hlavní přístupy, metody založené na mřížce, na částicích a hybridní metody, přičemž zdůrazníme silné a slabé stránky každé z nich.
