Centro Cultural Capoeira Ćgua de Beber (CECAB) ā Capoeira Ćgua de Beber Cultural Centre ā is a non-profit organization, founded officially in January 2002. Its pivot activity is Capoeira (classes, rodas, workshops, public presentations, cultural events, performances), however it aggregates other cultural manifestations as: samba de roda, maculelĆŖ, frevo, ciranda, danƧa do coco, danƧa afro, puxada de rede, craftworks workshops of making and playing music instruments, video projections, movies, lectures about relevant cultural topics and matters related to enforcement of citizenship.
All the activities realized through CECAB are designated to execution of social responsibility projects, further on the sportive, cultural and artistic activities through the realization of the shows, presentations and events related to Capoeira and Brazilian culture.

Traditionally, winter is a time for rest and retreat, a period of germination and preparation for springtime renewal. However, after the hustle and bustle of Christmas and New Year celebrations, many of us find that our nervous systems are a bit frazzled and in need of a reset. Since most of us spend too much time in a state of stress, it is crucial to learn how to activate a calmer, healing state of being. Through meditative chants, vocal practices and harmony songs, this workshop will help you sink into a deeper, more mindful state and provide you with some simple tools for harnessing the voice to continue this practice into 2026. Want to Truly Heal from Emotional Trauma?
Why are we unhappy? Where does emotional pain come from? Studies show that people who suffer from long-term emotional pain have painful experiences in their lives that were never fully resolved in their mind. In other words, there were issues in the past that were not completely dealt with. This can include abuse in childhood, breakups, divorce, death of a loved one, to name a few.
How do you know whether you have gotten over something painful? Here is an easy test: Do you still have attention on what had happened to you? For instance, do you still find yourself thinking about something painful that you went through? If you are, then you are not over it. In fact, in severe cases, people find themselves playing a "tape" in their mind over and over again.
So how do you heal from your past? How do you stop the "tape" playing in your mind? In this meeting, you will learn a technique to help you with that.
