You have gone out for coffee before, but have you tried bringing your furry friend? Let’s socialize with other cat lovers and cats in a relaxing atmosphere. This is a great opportunity to socialize your kitties and provide them with stimulation. Wheneverer you arrive, feel free to grab a coffee or sandwhich from Coffee Republic and then meet us at the little park just across the way in King Farms’s Village Center. It is just Northwest of the cafe. Make sure you bring a collar for your cat! A leash/harness, backpack, cat carrier, or stroller is required to make sure our furry friends are safe. All cats should also be up-to-date on their vaccinations. You are welcome to join us if you do not have a cat or want to leave your baby at home to nap 💤 🅿️ Parking: There is plenty of free parking in front of the cafe. Ⓜ️ Metro: The cafe is located a 15-minute walk from the Shady Grove station on the red line.

Something a little different for a Sunday morning, how about brunch with some live music? Commonwealth Brewing has been a Fairfax staple since they opened a couple of years back. Every Sunday they have a different theme for brunch, and each first Sunday has live Reggae music. If you're not in a chatting mood, they have a few board games as well you can grab and play at your table, or feel free to bring your own! This place does get packed out starting around 12, and is very family-friendly. I'll be there by 10:30 the latest to at least snag one bench, but if we overflow, everyone is welcome to sprout off and sit at any other tables/benches available (as long as they aren't reserved).
