Are you tired of insecure bros who only want to show off their skills? **Then [Lousy & Lazy Football](https://www.instagram.com/landlsc/) is the right thing for you!** We are a group of friendly people who just want to have a relaxed kick. All genders, ages (+18) and nationalities welcome. **Feel free to join the waitlist even if it seems long - sometimes we make the event larger and play on two pitches (24 players, four teams) or even three pitches (36 players, six teams), depending on demand.** Note: **We do not allow high-studded football boots during our sessions.** To avoid injuries, we only play with "Multinocken" (multistuds) or shorter. It's completely free, and always will be. It's open, inclusive and Terrible. We usually play on Astro (artificial grass) and sometimes on grass, depending on numbers. Bibs, balls, and cones are taken care of! Just bring sporty clothes and a pair of rubber studded football shoes you'll be good to go! This group is for everyone who is interested in drawing portraits! For me, drawing has been a wonderful way to gain a new perspective on the world and the people within it. Whether you are just starting out or have been drawing for ages — all levels are welcome :) How it works: 1\. We meet at The Castle pub in Mitte and do short sittings of 15 minutes for each other\. The first sitting is divided into 3 warm\-up sketches\, 5 minutes each\. 2\. Before we start\, everybody writes their name on a blank card \(provided by the organizer\); these cards are then used to randomly pick the model every 15 minutes\. 3\. Usually we do 8 sittings\, with a 15\-minute break in the middle \(so after 4 sittings\, or 1 hour\)\. -> The participation is free, but it is expected that everybody orders something from the bar to support the lovely location. Get out your pencils and let's start! Please bring your own art supplies!

We arrange for these based on the sign-up lists. If many people sign up, but do not appear then the courts go unused and those on the waiting list miss a chance to play. In order to ensure this if a party on the attending list has not appeared, their future reservations will be moved to the waiting list. If you feel disconnected from your body, experience tension, or deal with symptoms that no one really explains — this workshop is for you. This session is designed ***for women*** who: – experience pain or discomfort during intimacy – notice leakage when coughing, sneezing, or exercising – feel tightness in the chest, hips, or lower body – struggle to feel or activate their core and pelvic floor – feel constant tension and don’t know how to release it These are more common than you think — and they’re not something you just have to live with. **What we will do:** This is not a typical workout. We will use slow, mindful techniques to reconnect you with your body and rebuild that lost connection step by step.
