Beach Tennis Class (All Levels)
We are launching a new Beach Tennis Group Class every **Monday from 745–915 PM at Pasir Ris Park**.
Whether you’re completely new to the game or an experienced player looking to sharpen your skills, this session is designed for **all levels**:
* Beginners will learn the fundamentals — strokes, movement, and coordination on sand.
* Intermediate and advanced players can work on strategy, consistency, and competitive drills.
You can register your interest here: [https://form.jotform.com/pacificbeachtennis/pbta-sign-up](https://form.jotform.com/pacificbeachtennis/pbta-sign-up), or contact Luke at 9476 5258 to register
Social Go Club: Punggol Centre
The Go Academy Social Go Club is located at
The Go Academy Punggol Centre
Punggol Coast Mall, Tower 98,
98 Punggol Way, #01-224,
Singapore 829857
**Event will happen by default. Usually we have 5 - 10 regular players every week. (They are not on meetup so you won't see the attendee count reflected here) So just come down! If you can't find us, text us at 9199 0946**
When you have reached, the person in charge (likely Shaun) will arrange a player of your skill level for you to play with. If you haven't played in a long while or are just started learning for awhile, don't worry as there are other beginners and you will be able to play with handicaps.
Most players start streaming in at 7PM onwards but it's ok to be early or later, whichever is more convenient to your timing.
You are free to arrive at any time and leave at any time. Most serious players will play and review their games until 10PM and you are encouraged to do so. If you require a review of your game, you may politely request it from your opponent. We are all here to socialise and build a community around this game.
There may be instances where there is a low visitor count. In such a case, Shaun will play a game with your personally or arrange an AI opponent so not to worry about a wasted trip.
Please note that this is not a class for learning how to play. You may find our classes on our website @ https://thegoacademy.com.sg.
Most importantly, enjoy and have fun. You may contact us at 9199 0946.
We are open every Monday 7PM to 10PM until specifically stated. Join our WhatsApp group when you meet us in person. Do take note that we will not be dropping you a message on meetup to confirm that the event is happening or to liaise with you. The event by default is confirmed to take place every Wednesday.
Hatha Flow
The class will focus on Hatha Yoga.
Gradually and together we will build on strength and flexibility. I will also focus on mindfulness while incorporating elements of breath work.
Each class will start off with some breathing ( to normalise the breathing rate ) and loosening exercises ( to remove lethargy ). We will then transit to Sun Salutations, Asanas flow and finally cooling off with relaxation.
Beginners are welcome to join as I will provide different variations for each Asana. If you have had any recent injuries or surgeries, please share privately before the class and I can modify the asanas for you.
Please arrive 10 minutes before with your own yoga mat, face towel and water.
Fees Structure:
1) 4 sessions - $80
2) 8 sessions - $150
3) Drop in - $25/class
I accept payment by Paynow.

Qamaria Yemeni Coffee
Qamaria Yemeni Coffee is authentic, spacious, has a helpful staff, and I like their espresso. If you try this place on your own, they’re open early and late.
This spot has been recommended a couple times and I think it’ll make a great stop on our journey. Come out Saturday morning for a relaxed convo.
(Please keep your RSVP updated if you know you won't be able to attend, so others who can join have the opportunity to. No discussions on politics, religion or potentially controversial topics. We're here to relax and have fun. Just be respectful and we'll be alright. Pay your own way, and enjoy!)
Cafein
Cafein in Chantilly is another good area cafe. I like their matcha and espresso. If I remember correctly, they have the usual assortment of pastries and breakfast sandwiches. All local cafes seem to have friendly staff, and this is no exception. you'll have no trouble finding parking either. Please come and add your own energy to the group.

Heal and RELAX with doTERRA Essential Oils!
You are invited to Heal and RELAX with doTERRA Essential Oils!
You will receive one of two introductory applications:
#1 The digestive, immune, and cardiovascular systems or
#2 The musculoskeletal, immune, and respiratory systems
Essential oils support the body in its healing work.
Symphony of Cells (SOC) is a collection of 21 essential oil applications that target a different body system. Applying the oils to the back and the feet is selected because of the large number of nerve endings along the spine and on the bottom of the feet. Nourishing the nerve endings helps to feed all the organs and glands of the body.
Essential oils are natural plant oils obtained from different parts of the plant and easily recognized and used by the body to help achieve balance and assist in cleansing of foreign substances.
SOC was created by Boyd Truman, a DoTERRA Wellness advocate, to create physical, emotional and spiritual journey within the body.
Receive a SOC Essential Oil Healing Experience Session.
Please Note: The SOC Essential Oil Experience Session is by appointment only. Message by 8pm the day prior to the event to reserve a time slot.
To schedule your session please contact Joyce at (703) 395-5151.
Symphony of the CellsTM is a holistic approach to bring harmony physically, emotionally, and spiritually within the body. The applications incorporate pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils and utilize a layering technique.
