El libro de mayo es Niñapájaroglaciar de Mariana Matija. Mariana pensó en escribir una novela y así fue como presentó este libro. Pero no había en lo escrito una ficción. Había, sí, una narración hilada por una memoria en la que los cantos y voces de los afrecheros se quedaron guardados en su cuerpo, una memoria en la que los glaciares de su infancia suben tanto que ya no tienen donde existir. La memoria de Mariana guarda, inventa, distorsiona y borra, discrimina y agarra una cosa aquí y otra allá, hasta darle forma a este relato.
