In ***Cyclades: Legendary Edition***, designers Bruno Cathala and Ludovic Maublanc have reworked the *Cyclades* base game and its many expansions to make gameplay more dynamic and fluid. The game features a strategic bidding system that defines the actions available to each player on their turn. You must balance your finances to optimize the various actions provided by the different gods, with each player gaining the support of only one god each turn. The game features a shorter and more dynamic bidding phase than the original *Cyclades* thanks to a new exponential bidding scale. Six gods are available instead of the five, increasing the variety of actions available: * Ares allows the movement of player armies and the building of fortresses. * Poseidon allows players to move their navies and build ports. * Zeus allows his followers to hire priests and build temples. * Athena provides her worshipers with philosophers and universities. * Apollo increases the income of his worshipers. * Hera provides mercenaries to enforce your troops during battle. ================== The fee will be paid directly to the venue and the cost is about $70 per person. ## The BUD Fund - Easy BUD SeminarTo Explore New Markets through Exhibitions and Export Promotion Activities ## The Dedicated Fund on Branding, Upgrading and Domestic Sales (BUD Fund) is to provide funding support for Hong Kong enterprises in exploring and developing in Chinese Mainland, Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and Investment Promotion and Protection Agreements (IPPAs) markets through developing brands, upgrading and restructuring their operations and promoting domestic sales. To strengthen the support to enterprises in enhancing their competitiveness and developing diversified markets, the geographical coverage has extended to 40 economies. The SME Export Marketing Fund (EMF) will be consolidated into the BUD Fund in July 2026, enterprises can continue to seek support through the BUD Fund - Easy BUD to participate in exhibitions and export marketing activities for market expansion. To help enterprises adapt to this consolidation, HKPC, as the implementer, will conduct a seminar to introduce the “General Application”, “Easy BUD” and "E-commerce Easy". ## Entropy This week, we’re chasing the quiet poetry of decline, decay, and disorder. Your challenge is to document the slow unraveling of structure — the inevitable shift from order to chaos. **In the street, nothing is permanent.** It’s in the surfaces. In the street messaging. In the tension between what was and what remains. **Entropy tells stories.** Of time passing. Of decay — and the tension between resilience and fragility. Of human effort against inevitable nature. Of care and neglect. Repair and ruin. Memory and erasure. **What to look for:** * Peeling paint, cracked concrete, crumbling brick * Rusted gates, corroded metal, rot, and patina — texture! * Nature reclaiming the manmade — growth through fences and walls * Closed shops, empty lots, forgotten corners * Visual metaphors — a fraying rope, a collapsing box, a weak lightbulb * **People existing within these spaces** **And don’t ignore the fading voices of street messaging:** Literally information breaking down. That’s entropy in its purest form. * Torn posters layered into abstraction * Half-erased graffiti and peeling stickers * People navigating past walls of posters * Safety warnings sun-bleached into near invisibility * Slogans fractured by wear and weather * Weathered shop signage missing characters * Words dissolving into texture **Tips** * Get close — textures are everything * Use light to emphasize cracks, erosion, and shadow * Look for contrast between old and new * Try black & white for a timeless, moody feel **This isn’t about ruin porn.** It’s about awareness and observation.
