Breathwork Ceremony: Giving Closure is a guided breathwork experience focused on meeting unfinished emotional processes and inner material that has remained open or unresolved. Through conscious breathing and music, the practice supports the body in processing emotions and experiences beyond thinking or verbal explanation. Instead of analysing the past, participants are invited to stay present with what is alive now and allow the body to gently complete what has been held. This ceremony is especially supportive when emotions feel layered, unclear, or difficult to put into words, and when something inside asks for closure rather than more understanding. This group is for anyone who writes - for any reason. Have a thesis or article you need to write? Trying to finish a novel or an academic paper? This group is for you. **Galaksia Praha 23** is letting **players to join** each of **their trainings for free** **as a trial** session to join the **5x5** Galaksia **basketball** team.
