Meeting tradicional do English Brazil para a prática do inglês em encontros presenciais. Esse é um meeting que já é tradicional. Nos reunimos sempre em um local público para praticar conversação em inglês, e ficamos do lado de uma cafeteria para que você possa comprar o seu café enquanto conversa com a gente. O objetivo é criar um ambiente descontraído e amigável para que todos possam praticar o inglês sem pressão. Não importa se você é iniciante ou avançado, todos são bem-vindos! Não é necessário confirmar presença, e o valor é de graça, também não cobramos nada para participar. Apenas apareça, mostre interesse, e alguém irá te convidar para puxar uma cadeira para perto da mesa para praticarmos. Tradicionalmente nos reunimos sempre às sextas-feiras, dentro do Shopping Center 3 (ao lado da estação Consolação do metrô), no térreo, em frente à cafeteria Havanna Café. Sempre das 20h00 às 22h00, quando o shopping fecha. This session is open forum to share your current projects—whether complete or in progress, it’s all interesting! Whether you’re deep into embedded systems, exploring new ideas, or just getting started, you’ll find a welcoming space to collaborate, share, and get inspired. **New to electronics or curious about tinkering?** You’re absolutely welcome. If you’re a beginner and want to experiment, I’ll have a couple of starter kits available so you can try things out—whether that’s blinking your first LED, putting something on a display, or experimenting with simple sensors. No pressure and no experience required—just an interest in learning and building. Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude.
