Um das Eis zu brechen, haben wir verschiedene Spieleinheiten vorbereitet - wie zum Beispiel ein Kennlern-Bingo, Impro-Theater-Übungen und ein kleines Berlin-Quiz. Selbstverständlich ist die Teilnahme an den Spielen freiwillig und ihr könnt euch gerne einfach gemütlich unterhalten. es ist wieder so weit, der zweite Freitag im März ist schon diese Woche. Deshalb habe ich im Neffes am Freitag Abend für uns den hintere Bereich reserviert und ich freue mich schon, euch wieder persönlich zu sehen!

Unser zweimonatliches Treffen steht wieder an!
An jedem zweiten Freitag eines ungeraden Monats treffen wir Selbstständige, Unternehmer und Freiberufler aus der IT uns wieder um 19:00 Uhr im Neffes.
Bei einem gemütlichen Zusammensein werden wir uns über fast alle Themen unterhalten.
Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf den beruflichen Themen. Z. B. wie gehen andere mit den Kunden und deren Mitarbeitern um, was sind die neuesten Insider Infos von den verschiedenen Unternehmen, wie sieht es bei den anderen mit den Einsatzorten und Arbeitsbedingungen aus und vieles mehr.
Es wird wie immer ein interessanter Abend mit einem umfangreichen Erfahrungsaustausch werden, der einen auch beruflich weiterbringt.
Mit dem DBITS e.V. wollen wir die Anerkennung von IT-Freiberuflern in der Gesellschaft und Politik vorantreiben. Dort gibt es leider noch einen sehr großen Aufhol- und Aufklärungsbedarf und damit viel zu besprechen und zu erfahren. Des Weiteren bietet uns der Verein ein breites Netzwerk an Leuten mit den gleichen Zielen und Problemen.
Aber wie gesagt, das Ziel ist ein schöner, informativer Abend, es gibt kein Mitgliederzwang.

Coffee& Walk im Grunewald Hundeauslaufgebiet
**Wir treffen uns um 9:00 Uhr im Grunewald, links neben der Waldbaude (wenn man davor steht). Dort gibt es eine kleine Bank und einen kleinen Platz – ein guter Punkt, um kurz zusammenzukommen.**
**Von dort aus gehen wir gemeinsam eine ruhige Runde durch den Wald. Wer mag, bringt sich einen Kaffee mit.**
**Der Treffpunkt liegt im Hundeauslaufgebiet, die Hunde können sich dort also frei bewegen. Wichtig ist nur, dass sie sozialverträglich sind und sich im Kontakt mit anderen Hunden gut verhalten.**
**Die Idee ist einfach: ein Spaziergang mit Hunden, frische Luft, Natur und Begegnung – unkompliziert und ohne Programm.**

Shuffle/Cutting Shapes Class - Combos
This is a **shuffle**/**cutting shapes** class for beginner and intermediate shufflers where we'll be working on **combos**.
**Beginner shufflers** will get the chance to learn some basic steps and practice them stress-free in short combos to various speeds.
**Intermediate shufflers** will learn to vary these basic steps with additional leg and arm movements, learn to combine them in new ways, keep practicing their foundations, and try to integrate the new combos into their freestyle.

**What you need to bring with you:**
**Shoes**: If you'd prefer not to shuffle in socks, please bring a pair of dedicated clean athletic shoes with white soles.

Productive Sunday Morning - Co-Working Session (Deep Work, all work welcome)
Hey everyone!
I’m organising a co-working + socialising session for all of us who like to work on something (e.g. our own project, freelance or remote work) but don't feel like sitting alone at home. 🙂
To ensure that we have both **socialising** AND **working**, we will be using the so called “Pomodoro” technique:
**50min of deep work** (silent), followed by **10min of break** to socialise. Then repeat! If you get into flow, you're also welcome to skip the breaks.

Anyone from any background is welcome, whatever project you are working on or whatever is your personal background.

Wir praktizieren L-Basing (bei der eine Person auf der Erde liegt und eine andere Person auf den Füßen oder Armen balanciert).
Wir werden uns jede Woche mit einem neuen Flow beschäftigen, wobei unser Fokus vor allem auf sauberer Technik und Sicherheit liegt.
Du kannst gerne alleine kommen, wir werden im Kurs Partner\*innen zum Ausprobieren der Flows finden.

18 Uhr: Werkzeuge der Philosophie - nützlich für alle
Das ist zwar der zweite Teil, aber wer den ersten Teil verpasst hat,
kann trotzdem teilnehmen.
Wir werden wieder spontan ein Thema oder Problem auswählen
und dann mehrere klassische Methoden der Philosophie
daran ausprobieren.
Das heißt, dass der Einstieg diesmal von mir geleitet wird,
erst danach kann frei diskutiert werden.
Durch diese Herangehensweise sollen den Teilnehmern Werkzeuge zur Handhabung des eigenen Lebens in die Hand gegeben werden. Denn Philosophie geht weit hinaus über Plauderei, heiße Luft oder abstrakte Glasperlenspiele. Philosophieren heißt auf eine bestimmte Art an sich selbst zu arbeiten.
Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an alle - Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene.
Dieses Event ist auch als Einführung für jene geeignet, die noch nicht viel mit Philosophie anfangen können. Aber selbst Kenner der Materie werden dieser Methodik etwas abgewinnen können.
Als ein Werkzeug werde ich auch eine speziell "trainierte! KI anbieten.
Wie immer: Schwurbler und Missionare für Rechts und Links-Außen, Esoteriker sowie andere "erleuchtete" Gruppierungen sind hier falsch.
🎬 MAKE YOUR MOV(I)E Kick-Off Event
You’ve been meaning to make a film… but somehow it never happens.
The **Movie Nerds Filmmaking Challenge** is here to change that.
Over the next **8 weeks**, we challenge you and ourselves to write, shoot, and finish a short film.
At this kick-off event we will:
* reveal the **official challenge prompt**
* explain the **rules and timeline**
* share tips on **how to make a film** within the challenge timeframe
* **creative sessions** to get you into gear
* help you **find collaborators** if you want to work in a team
You can join as a **director, writer, actor, cinematographer, editor**, or just someone curious about filmmaking. Beginners and experienced filmmakers are welcome.
**Challenge timeline**
Kick-off event — 15 March
Film deadline — 8 May
Community screening — 10 May
Films should be **2–12 minutes long** and must be filmed during the challenge period.
At the final screening we celebrate all films together and give out an **audience award and jury award**.

Using Philosophy to Cope with Current Events
So this month's prompt is more general. I think we can all agree that we are living in "unique" times that require coping skills. I think that one role and/or purpose of philosophy is to help us deal with our daily lives and our "unique" times. So, let's share our feelings and thoughts about which philosopher/philosophy we turn to in order to deal with our crazy events. Who/what helps you stay focused in your daily life and helps you sleep at night. I find that Stoicism with a little philosophical pessimism mixed in goes a long way in helping me deal with what I see as very destructive, fearful and mean spirited public policies at both the state and federal levels.
