Al ser sábado, quien tenga ganas podrá continuar la noche con el grupo en cualquier otro local. 🎉 **La Experiencia** Nos encontraremos para compartir una tarde de conversación, ritmos cálidos y buen ambiente. La idea es venir solo/a y unirse al grupo en un entorno donde nadie te juzga si prefieres quedarte charlando tranquilamente con una consumición en la mano o si te animas a dar unos pasos en la pista. **El domingo 5 de julio, a partir de las 15h hasta las 18h**, hacemos un karaoke poligloto. Podemos cantar en castellano, catalán, inglés, japonés, chino, etc. Podemos usar dos máquinas de karaoke. El Rol en Viu consisteix a afegir-li una acció més teatral i dramàtica a aquests enfrontaments. Si t'interessa aprendre a combatre, emular les lluites de les teves pel·lícules favorites, lluitar amb espasa, subjectar un escut, dominar els secrets de l'equilibri de peus o fer fitnes d'un mode diferent; el Softcombat i el Rol en Viu són una activitat que has de provar. **És durant el matí de 11h a 13.30h quan major quantitat de participants es reuneixen. A la tarda, es queda (a vegades) un petit grup, però no es pot garantir la seva presència fins a les 18h, sobretot a l'hivern. 🚴 THE TOUR DE FRANCE IS COMING TO BARCELONA. No. We're not racing. Most of us get tired walking up the Metro stairs. But... We are going to pretend we understand cycling tactics while screaming at people who have already ridden 200 km. Seems fair. Here's the plan: 🕑 2:30 PM Meet at Plaça d'Espanya. Look for a suspiciously large group of internationals pretending they all arrived "just on time." 🚶 2:45 PM We march up Montjuïc together. It's called a "warm-up." For us. Not for the cyclists. 🏰 3:15 PM Claim a good spot before half of Europe gets there. Then we do what professionals call... Absolutely nothing. We'll chat. Meet new people. Take photos. Eat snacks. Judge everyone's picnic choices. 🏆 Around 5:30 PM The Tour finally arrives. The riders will fly past us in approximately 14 seconds. We'll scream like we've known them personally since childhood. Then spend the next hour telling everyone: "Yeah... I was there." 📸 Afterwards we'll enjoy the atmosphere, take more photos and slowly head back down together. This is an in-person meeting. At this meeting you will get answers to depression and anxiety. Find out the source of them and how to get rid of them. Did you know that unwanted emotions like anxiety, depression, unhappiness, loneliness, hopelessness, anger, fear, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not due to a chemical imbalance in your brain from some nebulous chemical reaction "by chance". Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you. The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life. Come to our Meetup, where we can introduce you to some of the knowledge, tools and techniques of the breakthroughs in the field of the mind that we can apply to this ever important area of life. Join us as we get together to get together to help those in need at this CMG Gives Back event! We have a great little community of Movie Group friends so rather than see a movie this time, we’ll help “Create a better world” by helping serve those in need. NOTE: We’re switching it up this time and going with a DINNER shift on Mon, 7/6. Here are complete details and our plan for this event: FAITH MISSION – GRANT KITCHEN: The Faith Mission kitchen and dining room serves residents 3 meals a day, every day of the year. For this event, our group will help prepare food, serve meals, assist residents in the dining room, wash dishes, and clean surfaces. PLAN: We will be preparing / serving / cleaning for DINNER from 4:30 to 6:30pm and have space for a total of 7 volunteers. Please arrive at 4:20pm and wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. LOCATION: Faith Mission – Grant Kitchen is located at 245 N. Grant Ave. Enter the kitchen at Dock 1 (in the back of the building), indicated in the attached map. On-site parking in the adjacent lot and street parking are available in the surrounding area.
