Friday night Brazilian zouk dance class followed by socialising, drinks and practice dance. A fun dance class 7.30-9 pm where you'll meet lots of first-time dancers and get to know everyone before dancing the night away and socialising. There is a discount for the beginner's class! A relaxed Saturday morning walk along London’s South Bank — from Waterloo to Tate Modern. We’ll meet outside Waterloo Station and follow the river east, passing street performers, book stalls, and some of the best views of St Paul’s and the city skyline. Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Columbus Code & Coffee is an inclusive, informal co-working session. People of all skill levels attend, and we love it that way.
