**Who:** Yoga & Meditation taught in English by Billy Potočnik, but ALL are welcome! Billy has 20 years of teaching yoga, meditation, breathwork, and leading yoga retreats around the world with his wife. www.billy.yoga **What:** Mellow Monday. Slow Movement, Long Stretching, Circular Centering. **Where:** La Colline du Château (Castle Hill) Nice, France ... From Garibaldi Tram lines 1 or 2: head up to Castle Hill from the port side or through Old Town. From Promenade des anglais: Head up the stairs **Meeting Place:** Castle Hill: Nikaïa platform overlooking the old ruins. See photo! **When:** Monday 18h30 - 19h45 (*Please, do your best to arrive a little early, but SHOW UP regardless!*) **Why:** Because it's fun and we all need health, fitness, and community! **How:** €10 paid in person. **Useful Information:** Bring your own yoga mat. But, if you don't have a mat, Monday is pretty mellow and you can get by with a blanket or towel. Class is outside on the grass or on concrete (overlooking the Mediterranean!). Bring apero to share for aprés-yoga down on the beach with everyone. Bring your suit if you want to swim! Petite course à pied sur Cagnes-sur-Mer, histoire de relancer le groupe. L'objectif n'est pas de faire des chronos, mais plus de voir de nouvelles personnes et de faire une activité de groupe. Un niveau moyen en course est requis quand même.
