Hatha Yoga practice at a condo right by Farrer Road MRT every Monday.

These are weekly classes where the whole group practice and progress together, working on fundamentals and slowly building up. This class is good for beginners or anyone working with injuries.
A consistent practice will build your foundation strong physically & mentally.

Q: What is the expected pace?
A: The group naturally separates into a faster pack and a more relaxed pack. The front group runs at approximately 6:30 min/km, while the rear group is flexible, running at about 7:30 min/km or at a pace comfortable for everyone in it. The rear group will always ensure no one is left behind.
Q: Is this run suitable for beginners to trail running?
A: Yes, newcomers to trails are welcome, as long as you are confident you can run the full advertised distance without needing to stop to walk. Please be aware that trail running has a higher risk of trips and falls, so we encourage you to run carefully.
Q: What kind of terrain can I expect?
A: Our trail runs feature mixed terrain, which can include soil, grass, rocks, tree roots, and mud (especially during the rainy season).
Q: Are trail running shoes required?
A: Trail running shoes are highly recommended for better grip and stability on uneven surfaces.
Q: What should I bring with me?
A: Please wear comfortable running attire suitable for Singapore's humid climate. We also recommend bringing a payment method (for our optional group breakfast) and your phone.
Q: Is there a bag drop?
A: No, there is no bag drop service. These are point-to-point runs (we run from A to B and do not return to the start), so please only bring what you are comfortable running with.
Q: How much water and nutrition should I bring?
A: Please refer to the specific event description for information on water points for that route. We advise bringing as much water and nutrition as you personally feel you will need for the distance.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: This is a rain-or-shine event. In the case of heavy rain, we may delay the start by up to 10 minutes to see if the weather improves. Please be extra cautious as trails can become very slippery when wet.
Q: Are there toilets available?
A: We always start near an MRT station, which will have toilets. The availability of toilets along the route varies; this information will be shared during the pre-run briefing.
Q: Is breakfast a group activity?
A: Yes, all runners are welcome to join for breakfast at a nearby eatery after the run. It's a great way to refuel and socialise, but it's completely optional.
Q: How do we get back from the end point?
A: We always plan our routes to end near an MRT station or a major bus interchange, ensuring you have a convenient way to get home.

Looking to explore a thrilling 2D1N trip in Jerantut, with different types of activities, but primarily to experience the thrilling **Via Ferrata Tasik Hati challenging route**, with a zipline down. The challenging via ferrata route takes around 3-4h at least, and we'll also take a 200m zipline down! There is also a beginner route (2-3h) if you feel too daunted, but have to wait for the rest!
After which, Jerantut offers other outdoor options. We'll either do caving or explore the beautiful **Bukit Buluh/Bukit Merah, or also known as the mysterious Red Forest of Jerantut**, because of its unique reddish soil and distinctive forest scenery. This hike can take around 2-3h, by then you would definitely be hungry and tired and we'll head back to Jerantut for dinner and get a solid rest.
Next morning, we'll explore Seladang hill for a short sunrise hike (2-3h)! We'll head back for a meal, wash up and then head back to Singapore for a fulfilling trip!
This trip is still weather dependent, so we'll adjust the activities accordingly, with the Via Ferrata the main aim!
Do note that this trip is a bit on the steeper side because it is a 2D1N trip with various activities covered.

Sat Morning: Reach Jerantut, have breakfast, via Ferrata in the morning until lunch.

**About the Instructor – Hwee Hwee**
Hwee is a yoga instructor who hurt her wrist, dampening her asana practice and just could not recover it 100% with physiotherapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine. A calling drawn her to **Reiki healing** and her recovery progressed so much more! Hwee is an advanced Reiki Level 3 practitioner.
With yoga, Hwee fell in love with the **low impact** workout (which was gentle for her teenage injured lower back). Wanting to know yoga beyond the physical aspects (asanas), she went to one of the oldest yoga school in world, G.S. College of Yoga and Cultural Synthesis, Kaivalydham in Lonavla, Pune, India in 2017 and attained her Hatha Yoga teaching certifications from both Kaivalydham and Quality Council of India (QCI) by Indian Yoga Association.
Hwee is also into meditation since 2013 and with Hatha Yoga now, the practice between asana (physical exercise) and meditation has integrated into one.

Greet the morning with stretches and postures to awaken your body and mind.
After a long and busy work week, we all looked forward to a good weekend to rest and refresh. We like to invite you to join us for an energizing 75 minutes Hatha Flow session, while being surrounded by plants and nature.
This session is suitable for beginners, intermediate or regular practitioners of Hatha Yoga.

**What should we bring?**
Do come dress comfortably for stretching exercises, bring along your yoga mat and full water bottle. If you are concern about mosquitoes or insects, please bring along some insect repellant as well.
**Is this session suitable for all?**
This is an intermediate level yoga session, we strongly advise that you should seek medical advise from your doctor if you have undergone recent medical procedures and / or suffering from chronic medical condition before participating in this session. We will not be liable for any injuries or worsening of your condition. If you are not sure, we suggest that you should avoid this session until your medical condition has improved.
**Is this session free?**
No, we will be charging a token fee of S$10 for each session, which will go towards defraying the administration fees of booking platforms.

Hi all, join us for an easy pace social run (60 mins +/-) and breakfast. We have various pace groups from 6min/km to 7.30min/km.
Here’s the plan for the day:
\- 7:00 AM: Meet at Bishan Park \(where Kallang river meets Bishan Rd\) for our run \(no bag drop available \)\. 🏃🏻🏃🏻♀️
\~8:00 AM: Head for breakfast together to Teck Ghee Court Food Centre.
