Join us on 'Good Friday' public holiday for a vibrant evening walk along Singapore’s southern green corridor, where lush greenery and open spaces invite us to unwind from the day. Our journey adds an extra touch with a panoramic view from a sky garden, where we’ll take in the sweeping vistas of the surroundings and share the gentle glow of the evening light. This Meetup group is a community-led group by volunteers, who enjoy the Great Outdoors (GO) and would like to share the GO with u too! 🤎✌️😃 **This is a free community walk, created simply for the joy of exploring together. To keep the spirit of the walk genuine and relaxed, we don’t involve donations, promotions, or sales of any kind. The Bachata is a dance from the Caribbean and Dominican Republic, and it began as a very basic dance. Seen as a light and fast-paced dance with smooth glides and chasses, the Quickstep is a dance with basic steps that are easy to learn for beginners, and provides an impressive expression of rhythm for advanced dancers. **For ages 17 and above.** The Cha Cha Cha is possibly the most popular of the five international Latin dances. Deriving from Cuba, Cha Cha is characterized by its fun and flirtatious hip movements, beautiful spins and figures, with a variety of upbeat rhythms. **For ages 17 and above.** There are two types of waltzes that are performed in most ballrooms - the Slow Waltz and the Viennese Waltz. The classical Viennese Waltz is a quick ballroom dance that involves the dancers swirling around the whole dance floor, seemingly without touching the ground. The slightly easier Slow Waltz is a favourite dance among beginners and social dancers. Welcome to my sailboat. **Please read this notice**. These are crew opportunities, not for passengers, non-swimmers, people afraid of the water or get seasick. Bring a change of clothes, a towel, a hat, non-marking footwear with heelstrap and sunblock. There is a toilet and drinking water on board. Participants like to contribute to expenses in appreciation of this opportunity. **Also**, please confirm your attendance by SMS or Whatsapp on Saturday for sailing on Sunday, to avoid no-shows and missed sailings. No-shows deprive others of a place, so be responsible and remove your reservation if you are not attending, and please do it in good time.
