One of the defining changes caused by the COVID-19 pandemic is the proliferation of remote work, alternatively known as telework or work from home. With a work laptop, video calling, a stable internet connection, and a cyber security program, many office jobs can be done at home without any serious hindrance. When COVID started, many white collar employees became full time remote workers. Six years after the start of the pandemic, many of these people still work at least in part from home. Recent years have seen rising skepticism about remote work, particularly among management. Questions have been raised about whether people working from home are as productive or efficient as those in the office. Similarly, whether work culture can be as effectively created with people often working from home has also become a topic of discussion. Most importantly, though, it requires awesome company—which we’ve got! 😎
 The Idea: 📍 Meeting Point: For those arriving at 14:00, we’ll meet at the cafeteria (next to the billiards table). Feel free to start earlier or later—just drop me a message or write in the group chat so we can meet up. 💪 Stay & climb as long as you want - venue closes at midnight! 🥤 Recharge: If you’ve had enough climbing for the day (we usually do this after 2 hours of climbing), we may head back to the cafeteria (or to the rooftop if it's sunny🌤️) for snacks, drinks & games. Depuis la révolution de 1959, l’île est gouvernée par une dictature communiste. Pendant des décennies, Cuba a survécu grâce au soutien économique de puissances alliées, d’abord l’Union soviétique, puis le Venezuela, l'Iran, la Chine. Aujourd’hui, l’économie cubaine traverse une crise profonde : pénuries alimentaires, coupures d’électricité, inflation, migration massive et dépendance énergétique. La fin du soutien pétrolier vénézuélien ont accentué une situation déjà dramatique.
