OpenClaw Milano #1: Costruire AI Agents nel Claw World
Cloni ovunque, ecosistema in accelerazione, player come NVIDIA e Tencent già dentro.
L’obiettivo è semplice: capire perché OpenClaw sta crescendo così velocemente e cosa puoi iniziare a buildare già oggi.
Niente teoria fine a sé stessa. Setup reali, demo live, casi concreti.
Durante la serata:
* esplorerai il “Claw World” e i suoi use case reali
* capirai come portarlo dentro canali reali come WhatsApp o Telegram
* analizzerai cosa rende questi agent diversi dai chatbot tradizionali

OpenClaw Milano #1: Claws land in Milano
**OpenClaw Meetup #1: Claws land in Milano**
OpenClaw is entering its breakout phase in 2026, with many clones landing in our everyday lives, and the builder ecosystem around it is accelerating fast, with NVIDIA and Tencent recently entering the game. We’re launching the very first OpenClaw community meetup in Milan, an informal, hands-on gathering designed for builders, founders, creatives, and curious minds who want to explore, experiment, and build.
The goal is simple: understand why OpenClaw is gaining momentum and what you can start building with it today. Whether you’re already experimenting or just getting started, this session is practical, beginner-friendly, and community-driven.
**🔥 Agenda**
**6:30–7:00 PM — Welcome & Networking**
Arrivals, opening, and meeting fellow builders.
**7:00–7:30 PM — The Age of the Claws starts in 2026**
***Speaker: Luca Bianchi***
NVidia just announced NemoClaw, as their enterprise-ready OpenClaw version. But what is all the fuss about this "claw"?
OpenClaw has emerged as one of the fastest-growing open-source projects in the AI agent space, with over 300k GitHub stars and multiple releases per week. Its core proposition, a self-hosted, always-on personal AI assistant accessible through the messaging channels you already use (WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Teams, Signal, and many others) is resonating with developers and teams who want full control over their data, models, and agent's behavior. The session brings you upp to speed into the so-called "Claw World", presenting OpenClaw and its clones. The session includes a live demo of installation and configuration within a secure sandbox environment, walking through the full setup from zero to a working deployment.
**7:30–8:15 PM — OpenClaw: Personal AI Agents at Your Fingertips on WhatsApp**
***Speaker: Alfredo Morresi***
What happens when you give an LLM a well-defined personality, a 24/7 proactive mandate, access to a multitude of digital platforms, specific tasks, a WhatsApp or Telegram account, and the ability to improve by learning from daily interactions?
That's the premise behind OpenClaw — an open-source project that in less than two months went from zero to the most popular project on GitHub, rallied hundreds of contributors, and is reshaping how we interact with AI on a daily, personal level.
In this talk, we'll explore the architecture and ideas behind OpenClaw, what makes personal AI agents different from traditional chatbots, and why this space is moving so fast. Fair warning: the rabbit hole goes deep.
**8:20–9:00 PM — Networking and Happy Hour**
Pizza and catering is offered by our sponsor Denied.dev, the Runtime Authorization Engine for AI Agents. It empower builders to define, enforce, and monitor real-time security boundaries, ensuring autonomous software operates safely in production.
**💡 Why join?**
* Understand why OpenClaw is accelerating in 2026
* See real-world use cases in action
* Get hands-on experience in a supportive environment
* Connect with Milan’s emerging OpenClaw community
* Find inspiration for your next project
This is the first OpenClaw meetup in Milan, and we’re building it together.
Spots are limited to keep the experience interactive.

## What we’re about
Buongiorno a tutti. Cerco persone serie e disposte solamente a divertirsi, senza puntare mazzette grazie mille.

Italian Conversation Club — The Village (Real Practice, Real Confidence)
**You’ve been living in Italy for months… maybe even years…**
**but you still don’t really *live* in Italian.**
You understand.
You try.
But when it’s time to speak, something holds you back.
Not enough practice.
Too much pressure.
Or simply… no space that feels safe enough.
I know this, because I’ve lived it.
Learning the local language is what finally made me feel at home.
That’s why I created this.
**Welcome to The Village — a space to *experience* Italian, not just learn it.**
This is for you if:
– you want to actually speak, not just listen
– you’re willing to make mistakes and grow from them
– you value connection, presence and a positive group energy
– you’re ready to step out of your comfort zone (gently, but consistently)
This is **not** a traditional class.
And it’s not for passive learners.
In The Village, we:
– practice real-life conversations
– use role play, games and embodied exercises
– support each other (no judgment, no pressure)
– build confidence session after session
The goal is simple:
to help you feel more at home in Italy — in your body, and in your voice.
I guide the space to make sure everyone speaks, feels included, and grows.
**Small group. Real connection. Consistent practice.**
If this resonates, contact me and I will share all details to attend:

Partiremo dalle basi:
* cosa sono i Large Language Models (LLM)
* cosa significa davvero parlare di “agenti”
* come funzionano concetti come MCP, tools e skills
* scrivere test automaticamente
* analizzare e migliorare il codice
* generare documentazione
* supportare attività ripetitive come commit e refactoring
* quali competenze diventeranno fondamentali
* cosa cambierà davvero nel nostro lavoro
* e soprattutto… quale sarà il nostro ruolo in un mondo dove il codice può essere scritto (anche) da una AI
Hands-on con Kiro (Meetup #7)
*Guideranno la sessione Marco Frattallone (Senior Technical Account Manager, AWS), Francesco Bertani (Solutions Architect, AWS), Francesco Martini (Senior Cloud Operations Architect, AWS).*
**📍 Dove**
Milano — uffici Amazon Italy, Viale Monte Grappa 3, Milano
**🎯 A chi è rivolto?**
**🕒 Agenda (orario CET)**
* 18:00: Doors open
* 18:30: Introduzione
* 18:30 – 20:00: Spec-driven development con Kiro

Freestyle + Wilson's
**Join us at Alive614, then after at Wilson's for food & LIve Music with Hensley.** We'll shut the doors at wine club early at 8 pm so we can catch a full two hours of live music (no cover charge there) down the street at Wilson's Bar (https://wilsonshilliard.com/events/ ) until 10 pm. We did this a few months ago for "Smashburgers" and it seemed popular and worth doing again. Oh, and the smashburgers are pretty good there!
**On Freestyle night** \- just bring a bottle to share\. There is NO formal wine tasting like on other weeks\. Door charge is $10 \(cash or Venmo only please\)\. We may have some left over wines to clear out\! Glasses are provided\. Take Care\. See you there\.
**Parking**: There are several public parking lots near the Alive614 hall. Please be careful to NOT park in private parking lots. They do tow. Check Google maps to scope out your space. Anyone who is early could easily find a parking space on the street nearby. I am told that the Chase parking lot is safe after hours.
**Glasses**: …will be provided. Please note that after the wine tasting, the EMPTY glasses need to be returned to the boxes at the service table. Please do not make me hunt down your empty glass. Please be gentle, our glasses are fragile. Uh, they are made of glass! (ps - empty the glasses into the sink, not the trash ... please)
**Food**: You are welcome to bring a snack to share. It is not required. Most people do though. If no one brings anything, there will be nothing.
**Code of Conduct**: Though mostly understood, it’s still worth mentioning. We don’t have rules per se, but we highly discourage the following topics of discussion because they are likely to incite anti-social responses - Sex, Politics, Religion. Please don’t mistake this as an attempt to limit your free speech rights but rather a guide to a place and time for appropriate discussions.
**After the lights go out**: After the last sip of wine, when we clean up and turn the lights out, if you still haven’t had enough of us, it is typical for a group to get together and go to a local eatery for food and/or drinks or coffee.
Again, We look forward to meeting new members and reuniting with old friends.
Sincerely, ***Paul Uttermohlen***,

Comedy Night + Open Mic (Bring Wine)
**Comedy Night + Open Mic + Freestyle**: Tristan Shae and friends return to entertain us and to warm the group up for our open mic session. February's Open Mic / Comedy Night was a smash hit and it's worth a second night.
We'll start with Tristan Shae and a couple of his friends. Tristan is an alternative comic from Columbus, Ohio. A counselor by day, Tristan explores how comedy can improve mental health by telling jokes and stories that muse on how absurd life can be from squeaky clean topics to not so clean ones. Tristan produces the variety show Cheaper Than Therapy, hosts the weekly Problem Child Alt Comedy Open Mic at The Attic, and can be found engaging in all sorts of silliness around the city from stand up shows at The Nest Theater, The Attic, or The Funny Bone, to improv and sketch shows with various groups at various venues such as The Hashtag Comedy Club.
