The Exciting World of Multi-Family Investing Meetup & Networking
We are excited to have you join us at our meetup event. At this event, we have four goals:
- Provide a platform for real estate investors of all experiences to network and get deals done
- Provide a place where investors get education in topics they desire
- Provide a broader perspective on mindset, eliminating limiting beliefs and entrepreneurial growth
- Network! Network! Network!
While the meetup will have a specific concentration on multifamily, investors from all asset classes should attend. The general concepts (flipping, buy and hold, cash flow, etc) cross all investment types.

Fit with Parkinson's (Zoom indoor class)
Exercise can slow down the progression of Parkinson’s, and Covid 19 Quarantine is no reason not to move! Join our fun online class and stay fit and healthy.
Our ‘Nordic Neuro Magic’ is a new exercise class designed for people in the early stage of Parkinson’s and their friends or partners who can walk, are at a low risk of falls and have no major other health concerns.
Inspired by PD Warrior, we run especially designed classes, designed to slow down the progression of Parkinson’s. Our members love it, and we can really see the difference in the members who have been with us for a while!
Now we are all in Quarantine during the Covid 19 outbreak, we have adapted our outdoor classes to an interarctive online session twice a week.
So join us every Tuesday and Thursday at 11am for this fun and fast paced session.
If you have 1.5×1.5 meter space, a sturdy chair without arm rests and an internet connection, you are good to go.
It is sociable, fun, and keeps you in the best shape you can be, without ever leaving your home.
The classes are based around 7 key principles:
o Powerful
o Complex
o Frequent
o High effort
o Meaningful in daily life
o Specific to symptoms
o Fun!
Once we can get back to Nordic Walking we will! Please keep an eye out for our outdoor classes when quarantine time is over.

That will give me enough time to get back to you and discuss your needs and find out a bit more about you.
Once signed up we will send you a link to our Zoom meeting, as well as the password.
Cost: £150 per 10 sessions or £90 per month for unrestricted access to all our classes. Your partner can join your session for free.

Fit and Happy Indoors - Gentle start of the week – half hour Zoom class
This exercise session is aimed at people over 50. Our exercises are gentle but effective. There will be no floor exercises in this session, but you can expect to work hard!
Not exercised for a while? Painful knees or hips? Or just like to end your week with some gentle movement? This half hour class will be a great place to start. No fast, jerky movements, but this will still be a good workout for all levels. Beginners and experienced participants are equally welcome.
We will combine chair exercises with standing exercises, designed to strengthen your muscles to help support your joints and improve your balance and flexibility.
What you will need:
• ca 1.5x1.5 meter space to move around.
• tablet, laptop or computer screen with internet connection
• two water bottles, cans, or small hand weights
• a straight kitchen or dining room chair without armrests.

10 session card: My normal rate is £89 for 10 sessions. (different rates apply for my Parkinson’s classes)
Pay monthly: Sign up for unlimited sessions per week, for a flat rate of £70 per month if paid monthly in advance.

Like many others my work has been severely affected by the Corona quarantine, when it stopped my normal work from one day to the next. As I am self employed, I have no other means of income. By joining this class you help me pay my bills, and I appreciate that enormously!
When Your Partner Is a Narcissist: A Support Group for Intimate Relationships
Welcome to the Narcissistic Abuse Support Group. This meeting is for ***\*\*\*ESTABLISHED MEMBERS \*\*\**** and focuses specifically on narcissistic abuse in partner, spouse, and intimate relationships. If this is your first time here, please sign up for a first timers group. We do this to ensure the safety of our members, and our hosts as this is a very personal subject. We also do this to ensure all new members will get a chance to share and introduce themselves as meetings usually fill up with large wait lists, this is a way for us to properly meet each of you. Hi Everyone, I am Wilson (FNS host). Sorry for the lack of updates here as the current COVID-19 situation does not really encourage any form of group urban sessions (more than 8 pax) so its on hold for time-being.

Vision Loss Support Group: Hadley
This meeting will be a presentation by Brannan Kenny of Hadley about their free remote services.
Target audience for this group is persons who are visually impaired, especially those who have experienced recent loss, however, all are welcome, including family members and supports. Light refreshments will be served.
