Bring your own favorite board game or play with our strategy games like Catan, Coup, Uno, Cards against Humanity and Magic The Gathering. Whether you're an experienced player or a newcomer, this event is open to everyone and there is no obligation to spend, the event is free and open to everyone. So come along, relax and have a great time playing board games with a friendly community of expats and locals from Milan.

Hi there! Are you visiting/ living in Milan, want to practise languages and make new friends in a relaxed and cosy atmosphere? There's a new serie of events called "Coffee&Chat!" with this purpose in mind, to practise languages and socialise within a smaller group of people in a welcoming, easy-going setting. What to expect: The event will take place in a lovely cafe in Moscova. Before you decide to attend the event, there are a few things you should bear in mind: ✋If English is the language you want to practise, please try to speak it as much as you can, same thing if you want to learn Italian. If you're struggling, we'll help you and of course you can check on the internet if you don't know the meaning of a word. We're here to support each other, learn and have a good time! 🛑The 2 no-show rule: if you rsvp to confirm you're attending and on the day of the event you haven't let us know you're cancelling, if this happens 2 times, you'll be removed from the group. Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. See if it’s true for you at 7:00pm the second & fourth Wednesday of every month at Two Dollar Radio Headquarters (HQ). Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice.
