What happens when the mind becomes quiet enough to reveal something deeper? In this session we explore meditation not just as a technique, but as an experience. When the usual mental activity slows down, many people discover a surprising sense of clarity, stillness, and awareness that feels very different from ordinary thinking. This evening is designed to let you explore that shift directly. Rather than focusing on theory, the emphasis is on experiencing what becomes possible when attention turns inward and the mind settles. If you are curious about what meditation can reveal beyond relaxation or concentration, this session invites you to explore it for yourself. Come with curiosity — the experience will speak for itself. IMPORTANT: Please bring something comfortable to sit on for meditation. A yoga mat, a cushion to sit on, and pillows or support for your knees can make sitting on the floor much more comfortable. Bring whatever helps you sit relaxed for a longer time.
