No necesitas conocimiento previo, solo ganas de venir a entrenar y divertirte! ✨Pero que es el Animal Flow? Es un tipo de entrenamiento donde se combinan una serie de movimientos de manera fluida utilizando solamente el cuerpo. Es una práctica diferente, divertida, donde se gana fuerza, flexibilidad y coordinación. Y que vamos hacer?👇🏽 ✨Movilización de muñecas, ejercicios para aumentar la fuerza,flex y movilidad de las muñecas, ya que vamos a estar mucho tiempo arriba de nuestras manos. ✨Activaciones, ejercicios estáticos/isométricos, para tener una estabilidad global en el cuerpo osea la base para poder fluir de una forma continua y controlada. ✨Form specifics stretches, estiramientos que comienzan en una posición base y luego se mueven a través de varios rangos de movimiento, fuerza a través del movimiento. ✨Switches y trasnsitions, la mayor parte del flow, movimientos dinámicos que se vinculan entre sí para formar las combinaciones. ✨Flows, es un flujo coreografiado, como podría ser una danza, combinando todo lo aprendido. **Invitation** **We are the instruments.** A participatory, improvised, embodied practice that reconnects us to one another through rhythm, voice, and play. This is a guided yet fully improvised experience, using the facilitation tools and methods of [Musica do Circulo](https://www.musicadocirculo.com/en). No prior experience is required, only an openness to connect with other humans in your own fun, light and authentic way. Circle songs are an invitation into a fully immersive, fully improvised musical experience using vocals, body percussion and movement. All supplies provided, open to all, bring yourself (and a friend or two) for when you are able to make it in the two hour window. Join us on Saturday for an hour of uninterrupted wordmaking! • What we'll do Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 10AM on Saturday mornings. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. SCHEDULE: 10:00 - SESSION 1: quick intros. 10:10 - timer starts: write for 1 hour. 11:10 - chat / take off / keep writing. OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING happens at 11A-11:30ish. Writing is very solitary.
