Ebenso gibt es eine hohe Kadenz der Bereitstellungen. Dies birgt immer das Risiko, das sich Fehler in der neuen Version einschleichen, oder Ausfälle der Software während der Bereitstellung auftreten. Eine Möglichkeit das Risiko zu minimieren ist das Verwenden von verschiedenen Deploymentstrategien wie z.B. Blue/Green Deployments, Canary-Deployments oder A/B-Testing. Ein Tool das uns hier sehr gut unterstützen kann ist Flagger. In diesem Vortrag wird anhand von Live-Demos gezeigt wie mit Flagger im Zusammenspiel mit Flux, Istio (oder einem anderen ServiceMesh) oder einem IngressController diese Deploymentstrategien umgesetzt werden können.
