This milonga has been functioning for over 20 years and remains an iconic spot for local and visiting tango dancers. **After the Guided Práctica, our guests will delight us with a performance during the Galeria Ideal Milonga.** Even if you aren't a dancer yet and like to watch, it's a good opportunity to grab a drink and enjoy getting mesmerized by the beauty of Argentinean Tango social dance. Join the TaiJi-QiGong weekly practise! A few more words about this practise: it consists of bodywork - specific exercises designed to release tension and stress in your body. It also includes joint opening and the actual QiGong practise. This QiGong you could call Yin-Jang QiGong, as it prepares you for TaiJi (Wu style). This means it is designed to create balance in your body and movement, restructuring old unhealthy movement patterns and aligning your body. Also central part of this practise (the most powerful one) is that it leads to inner silence, connecting you with your body and silencing your mind. We’re still working to get more people into these Meetups, but our goal is to give PlayYourCourt members a few social tennis outings each week in addition to your practice sessions and Challenge League matches. These Meetups are co-ed, super laid back, and all skill levels are welcome.
