Soundground: free improvised music workshop
Soundground: free improvised music workshop
**A place to meet sound, without maps** Facilitated by **Vesti Gium (they/them)** Everyone enters as they are. No score. No threshold of skill. We follow the room, moment by momentโ€” listening, nudging, letting the music find itself. A breath, a shoelace, a laugh, a footstepโ€” each carries weight. Silence is welcomed; noise is celebrated. There are no wrong directions here. We practise a listening that reaches outward and inward: to ourselves, to one another, to the space we shape together. That is where the music begins. * ๐ŸŒ€ Bring a voice, an object, an instrument, a movementโ€”or nothing at all. * โœจ **Priority given to FLINTA folks and people with migration background.** * ๐ŸŽง No experience needed. Curiosity is enough. * ๐Ÿ“ Berlin โ€“ \[theodorstraรŸe 5,12099] * ๐Ÿ—“ Every Saturday 12:00 * ๐Ÿ“ฌ DM or email **[vestigium.impro@gmail.com](mailto:vestigium.impro@gmail.com)** to join Come make soundโ€”come be heard.
music therapy (psychotherapy) sessions
music therapy (psychotherapy) sessions
**Music Therapy & Systemic Psychotherapy** My approach integrates music therapy and systemic psychotherapy to support emotional expression, connection, and transformation. Through sound, improvisation, and dialogue, we explore inner experiences, family dynamics, and relational patterns in a safe and creative space. The sessions invite awareness, playfulness, and presence โ€” allowing music to become both mirror and bridge between what is felt and what can be spoken. Whether through active musicking, deep listening, or verbal reflection, the process unfolds at your own pace, weaving together body, voice, and relationships as pathways to healing and growth.

It's all about getting films made. If you have a film idea that is burning a hole in your brain, tell the people in the audience your story idea and hopefully you will meet people who can help you make your idea into a reality! This event is also for people who want to help out in all aspects of filmmaking to help make these pitches happen. So if your passion is camera, sound, hair and makeup, writing, lighting, fighting, or anything that could help, you are always welcome. Whether you're new to filmmaking or experienced and want to work on something cool and creative, no matter what your area of expertise/interest is, this is for you! Be sure to show up to either pitch your idea or be ready to listen to some interesting pitches from excited people and potentially help someone make their film. Let's make some cool shit! If you still want more information you can head on over to our website: *https://berlinfilmcommunity.com/pitch_and_planning/* I have been a part of making some of these pitched projects into real world movies and I have always had a blast.
