Meet Your Creative Monsters - Breathwork & Sharing session
This gathering is part of an ongoing exploration of creative block and the strange inner patterns that often interfere with the creative process. In the Poetic Toolbox we sometimes call these patterns creative monsters โ the voices, doubts, and protective mechanisms that show up when we try to make something meaningful.
During the evening weโll explore these ideas through a mix of conversation, reflection, and a gentle embodiment practice designed to reconnect with the body and creativity from a calmer place.
You donโt need to have attended previous sessions to join. Curiosity about your own creative process is enough.
Toward the end of the evening weโll move into a light breathwork and visualization practice, followed by a quiet moment of creative integration and sharing.
If youโre planning to join, please bring:
โขโ โ a yoga mat
โขโ โ something to cover your eyes (eye mask or scarf)
โขโ โ a small pillow or neck support
โขโ โ a light blanket in case you get chilly
Looking forward to exploring this together.
Deep Rest : Sound & Visualization Journey
This late-evening class is a deeply restorative experience designed to help participants transition from the stimulation of the day into profound rest.
The session blends gentle grounding practices, guided yoga Nidra or visualization journeys, and immersive sound healing using Tibetan bowls, voice, and subtle resonance. The intention is to calm the nervous system, release mental tension, and support better sleep and emotional integration.
This class is held in English. Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible.
The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building.

Soundground: free improvised music workshop
**A place to meet sound, without maps**
Facilitated by **Vesti Gium (they/them)**
Everyone enters as they are.
No score. No threshold of skill.
We follow the room, moment by momentโ
listening, nudging, letting the music find itself.
A breath, a shoelace, a laugh, a footstepโ
each carries weight.
Silence is welcomed; noise is celebrated.
There are no wrong directions here.
We practise a listening that reaches outward and inward:
to ourselves, to one another, to the space we shape together.
That is where the music begins.
* ๐ Bring a voice, an object, an instrument, a movementโor nothing at all.
* โจ **Priority given to FLINTA folks and people with migration background.**

music therapy (psychotherapy) sessions
**Music Therapy & Systemic Psychotherapy**
My approach integrates music therapy and systemic psychotherapy to support emotional expression, connection, and transformation.
Through sound, improvisation, and dialogue, we explore inner experiences, family dynamics, and relational patterns in a safe and creative space.
The sessions invite awareness, playfulness, and presence โ allowing music to become both mirror and bridge between what is felt and what can be spoken.
Whether through active musicking, deep listening, or verbal reflection, the process unfolds at your own pace, weaving together body, voice, and relationships as pathways to healing and growth.
Lights Up! A fully improvised musical comedy.
Featuring Kaleidoscope, Berlin's premiere musical improv troupe. Laugh along as they make up a two-act Broadway-style musical on the spot, from your suggestions!
Come see the show audiences are calling "riotously funny" and "pure magic on stage!"

I had a hard time finding an open jam session for beginners in Berlin. So I decided to create this group! I would like to have the space of exploring music together with other people in a relaxed atmosphere. You really donยดt need to be a good musician. The only important thing is to really like music. I am not a professional musician. โWeirdโ sounds are welcome.
(Like the title says this Jam Session is only for FLINTA\*. In case you are not included I also organize Jam Sessions that are for everyone and you can sign up here: [https://www.meetup.com/open-jam-session-for-everyone/](https://www.meetup.com/open-jam-session-for-everyone/))

The next **Pitch and Planning Session** will be on **Sun. Mar. 15th at 15:30.** We are super looking forward to hearing your pitches and watching you meet people ready to help you make your films a reality in the really real world!
๐The event is located at **House of Music** in RAW Gelande, Revalerstr 99, 10245 Berlin . The event is on the ground floor, by the bar. This is a very large and amazing space that we are now calling home.
Please note that this is **a free event**. In order to support the work we do, our community, and the lovely space that is gracious enough to let us hold events there, **All we ask is that that you have 2 drinks** of some kind.
For those who are new, our Pitch and Planning Session is a monthly English language event held here in Berlin for people who have an idea for a film and would like to pitch it, as well as those people who are eager to work on films. It's all about getting films made.
If you have a film idea that is burning a hole in your brain, tell the people in the audience your story idea and hopefully you will meet people who can help you make your idea into a reality!
This event is also for people who want to help out in all aspects of filmmaking to help make these pitches happen. So if your passion is camera, sound, hair and makeup, writing, lighting, fighting, or anything that could help, you are always welcome. Whether you're new to filmmaking or experienced and want to work on something cool and creative, no matter what your area of expertise/interest is, this is for you!
Be sure to show up to either pitch your idea or be ready to listen to some interesting pitches from excited people and potentially help someone make their film. Let's make some cool shit!
If you still want more information you can head on over to our website:

I have been a part of making some of these pitched projects into real world movies and I have always had a blast.
