**Music Therapy & Systemic Psychotherapy** My approach integrates music therapy and systemic psychotherapy to support emotional expression, connection, and transformation. Through sound, improvisation, and dialogue, we explore inner experiences, family dynamics, and relational patterns in a safe and creative space. The sessions invite awareness, playfulness, and presence — allowing music to become both mirror and bridge between what is felt and what can be spoken. Whether through active musicking, deep listening, or verbal reflection, the process unfolds at your own pace, weaving together body, voice, and relationships as pathways to healing and growth.

Liebe Musizierende und Tanzende: Die "Folkwiese" aus dem Mauerpark findet nun im dritten Jahr ihr Winterquartier im Offenen Wohnzimmer. Wir laden alle Menschen mit akustischem Musikinstrument ein mit uns leichte Stücke vom Balkan, Skandinavien, Irland oder Israel zu spielen. Wir spielen nach Noten, aber im Sessionstyle, also ohne zu "üben". Die Wiederholung machts ! Dazu gibt's leicht zu erlernende Kreistänze mit Tanzanleitung. Bringt gern saubere Tanzschuhe oder warme Socken/Hausschuhe mit.

We will be attending the Cello.Orchestra.Berlin's concert together! Meet us outside the Emmaus-Kirche a few minutes before 3pm. We can hang out together during the break, and if everyone's interested, get a snack or drink after the performance. The concert will feature works by Purcell, D'Ambrosi, Beethoven, Kelly, Schumann, Schostakowitsch, Villa-Lobos, and more. The concert is free, they ask for donations.

We, Mariangela Tinelli and Meltem Nil are both Solo-Improvisation performance artists, we are regularly performing in diverse venues in Berlin for years and now we are also creating workshops together! Feel welcome to try it out if you are into improvisation or you are a poet, artist, dancer, musician or simply curious to try new things, here is our description (and feel free to ask me questions in messages): **This time we focus on: " Leave it, to make it richer" The connection between narration and abstraction.** *We will start by crafting transitions of movement, voice and text in our performances. Then we’ll find our ways of telling stories and working with narration. At the same time we will explore how to support, overlap and extend our talking flow with structural and abstract elements and eventually let go of the story line. Where can we go from there? What other levels and perspectives exist to enrich our creations and stories? You will find out in the workshop, where you will be guided with exercises in solos, duos and in the group.* The workshop is open for everybody who wants to act in a different way, to do research and to shape space. Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing! Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor.
