Systemaufstellungs-Workshop

Pure Breathwork Workshop
(Scroll down for English)
Preis: CHF 65

WHAT IS BREATHWORK AND WHAT ARE ITS EFFECT
Breathwork (deep, connected breathing) is a powerful breathing technique that works simultaneously on the consciousness, emotional and physical levels, enabling rapid transformation and self-healing.
Physical effect: Breathwork can help you to reduce stress, inner tension/tension, relieve pain and improve body awareness, feel more energy and vitality, improve your sleep and love your own body more.
Emotional effect: Deep, connected breathing can give you access to suppressed emotions (e.g. anger, fear, sadness) that have previously blocked you. You learn to allow them back in, to lose your fear of them and to release the inner pressure. At the same time, Breathwork enables you to experience deep states of joy, serenity, connection and (self-)love.
Consciousness-expanding effect: Breathwork can enable you to break through old beliefs and patterns and (re)gain access to your own truth, clarity and intuition. You can look at issues in your life from a new perspective and thus recognize amazing connections and solutions. New ideas and visions can be born.
My type of breathwork is based on the “Biodynamic Breath & Trauma Release” approach and contains elements of holotropic breathing (“Holotropic Breathwork”) by Stanislav Grof and transformational breathing by Judith Kravitz.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
In the live breathwork workshops, a warm-up exercise is followed by a breathing sequence lasting approximately 1 hour. This is accompanied by touch and powerful music. At the end, there is a 15-minute relaxation phase accompanied by gentle music. Afterwards, there is a break to fully recharge and enjoy a snack before the workshop ends with a group sharing. The workshop is conducted in German and English.

**WHY we do this? Human fun and meaningful Connection** is what we all deeply desire and makes us truly happy and healthy (scientifically proven - read below)!
.
**WHAT is this event?** We are not a "party or drinks" meetup, nor we follow a "forced" process and agenda. Instead, we are a **Connection Community** inspired by Greek village cafes and Swiss Stammtisch — a welcoming environment where neighbours gathered as equals to share stories and build lasting friendships. We meet in a "**fixed-rhythm**" every 2 Fridays in a **homey** & **lovingly-hosted space** so you can connect with new and familiar faces. We provide **several optional activities** to help you **connect** with others—so you're free to **explore what resonates** with you! Together these activities create a unique **Connection** **Event!**
.
**Today's event** are:
* **🥳new comer area** (never was easier to spark a conversation, with ice-breakers, optional for first time attendees)
* **🤣fun social games** (like "cards against humanity" and more - read game names below)
* **🧘mindful games** (no small talk, connect deeper, from [The School of Life](https://www.theschooloflife.com/shop/?_product_type=games-card-sets) \- read game names below\)
* **👯 Diner** for 35 francs for 1 main + 1 desert + 1 drink *(for drinks choose: beer, wine, prosecco, water or soft-drink. For main and desert you can choose anything from the menu!)*
* 👬 or simply **hang-out** and **meet new & old friends** **without** a process ❤️
*Note: we **reserved 100%** of the space so **everyone** will be from our community!*

**Q&A:**
* **Where** **idea comes from**? Our events are inspired by the Swiss Stammtisch & Greek village concept of "[Καφενείο](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kafenio)" (coffeeshops), once vibrant [community hubs](https://www.google.com/search?sca_esv=569660528&sxsrf=AM9HkKlXnclaLfgcockKtdr9qHdmD5jaGw:1696060562834&q=greek+%5D(https://www.google.com/search?sca_esv=569660528&sxsrf=AM9HkKlXnclaLfgcockKtdr9qHdmD5jaGw:1696060562834&q=greek+)%CE%BA%CE%B1%CF%86%CE%B5%CE%BD%CE%B5%CE%B9%CE%BF&source=lnms&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwi52fX67dGBAxXnlf0HHZNiBHUQ0pQJegQICRAB&biw=1460&bih=913&dpr=2&udm=2) where people gathered daily to socialise, play games, and enjoy snacks and drinks. I, Christos, have fond childhood memories visiting them with my grandfather. Though this tradition is fading in Greece, I’m passionate about reviving it with a modern twist. Hope you enjoy it! ❤️
* **Co-host?** and support this event? Then please contact Christos
* **Weather?** Event takes place rain or shine, with indoors rooms and outdoors area that is ultra rain-protected
* **Coming late?** no problem, we got many people until closing at 00:00 so come whenever!
* **Coming solo?** guess what, again no problem! 95%+ of people come solo - its the perfect event to come solo!
* **Too many attendees?** no problem, we got the space! Also as per the "what" above: you define what makes the event meaningful for you! Furthermore, the co-organisers have one goal: to say hi and introduce you to the event and people (if you want to please ask)! Finally remember: you dont have to talk to everyone, focus in a few people! Less is more! 😃 If you dont know where to start look for a good smile or an activity more matching to you. From there keep on trying people and activities..
* **Why so many options above for connection?** We always have: a first-timer area, Fun social games, Mindful games, ice-breaker questions or simply just talk freely to anyone. Often we add: Speed-friending and a Music jam. We believe **you are unique** and each of us prefers different ways of connection. Also we want to provide an opportunity for everyone to try something new
* **Easy and Safe:** We have the whole location reserved for us so its safe to open up and meet new friends (unlike bars in Zürich where people find it strange if strangers talk to them). Christos and volunteers will also help with connection. Read more info below.
* **Christos** (see [PHOTO](https://photos.app.goo.gl/pdtVaVGCyDEJ28uE8)) and our co-organisers will be wearing name budges and will aim to **welcome** **everyone.**
* **Thank YOU** for being so open in meeting new people and making 70+ events with 7500+ attendees in 2.5+ years happen!
* more info via our **[LINKS](http://linktr.ee/connectionspace)**
* **Who** is it for\*\*?\*\* **Everyone is welcome**! Wir wollen gerne mehr **Schweizer/innen** dabei haben! Alle sind willkommen und die meisten können Deutsch sprechen. Not an expat event. **Everyone welcome**!
* Yes YOU are **good** & **courageous** for looking for new fun connections!
* 95% of people come **solo** \- you can too❤️
* Everyone is in same situation and you ll be surprised how **friendly people** are ❤️
* Come **early** though **later** also ok as many people there **until 00:00**
* **It works**! We heard of many new friendships, living together and even getting a new job
* For **volunteering** for free please msg Christos 0768175380. We can provide free drinks for your service
* **Mindful Connection Games:** from [The School of Life](https://www.theschooloflife.com/shop/?_product_type=games-card-sets) available: Confessions Game, The Friendship Game, Connection Game, The Loser Game, Games for grown-ups and three sets of "100 questions" (Conversation Toolkit & Careers & Relationships)
* **Fun Social Games:** bring your own **board/card games** or choose from: Cards against humanity, Exploding Kittens, Codenames, Debatable, Sotally Tober, Taboo, Mafia, Uno, Monopoly and more.
.
**TIPS on HOW TO CONNECT:**
* **Look out for a good smile/vibe** in a person/group of 2-3 people and say "Hi my name is xxx, can I join?".
* **Try something different** (person, game, table, activity) often until you find **fun** **quality connection**
* **Ask** **Support:** we understand going out to meet friends can be a stretch. We make this easy with a fun and safe event. Also you can ask for help from our clearly communicated (see photos of this event) "**People Connectors**" who can help you discreetly to connect with others
* **Invest time**(not quickly just come by) as friendships are an investment
* **Come back**: big turnaround, people come randomly at each event, so you never know who you ll meet
.
.
***You want even more info? We like you! 😄***

**ABOUT US IN DETAIL:**
.
**WHY Connection Space**?
* ... we ❤️ **uniting people** while having **fun!** We make the world better by enabling **fun quality connections** & building **community!**
* ... we truly believe **Human Connections** is what we truly **deeply crave** for and what we truly **need** so we can be **happy** and **healthy**! What we really need is all the things money cant buy. Human Connections making us happy is proven by data in [ANCIENT HISTORY](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kg_47J6sy3A), in [MODERN HISTORY](https://www.kiltrohealth.com/blog/blue-zones-social-connection-the-secret-to-longevity-and-well-being) and also scientifically proven by [HARVARD ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8KkKuTCFvzI)in an 87 year old study. .
**HOW does it work?** **Disconnect** your phone & Connect with people in a **free** and **super-fun Connection Event**! These recurring events create a "fixed" community without any specific reasons for connection (like interests, genders, age or countries). **Everyone is welcome**! The event is that **simple**😀.
.
* **WHAT is Connection Space?**
Imagine a co-working space where everyone is with headphones, laptops, mostly being 'alone' all day ...
or a cafe/restaurant/bar where pretty much all people talk to people they already know..
.
The **"Connection Space"** is exactly the opposite of that; its a **fun** social environment outside family and work, a cultural exchange, where we **unite** and hangout with **new and old friends** as **one community**.
.
Thats it.
.
No to phones, laptops, zoom-calls, books
No to a specific reason to get together (eg. only for specific hobbies, genders, age groups, languages etc)
No to just talking to your friends
Not a dating, not a party, not an expat-only meetup
NO to division (political racial gender etc)
.
Yes to simple and real in-person connection with new and old friends
YES TO FUN! We got many optional activities for you to try out
Yes to feeling like home & come as you are
Yes to unity, love and respect for one another
Yes to eating, drinking and music
Yes to everyone-is-welcome & always-free events
YES to UNITY! Getting along with each other in spite of different opinions
.
Our events are **inspired** by the Greek village culture of "[Καφενείο](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kafenio)" (village coffeeshops) with photos [HERE](https://www.google.com/search?sca_esv=569660528&sxsrf=AM9HkKlXnclaLfgcockKtdr9qHdmD5jaGw:1696060562834&q=greek+%CE%BA%CE%B1%CF%86%CE%B5%CE%BD%CE%B5%CE%B9%CE%BF&tbm=isch&source=lnms&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwi52fX67dGBAxXnlf0HHZNiBHUQ0pQJegQICRAB&biw=1460&bih=913&dpr=2). When myself Christos was a kid, my granddad took me to these "[Καφενείο](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kafenio)". Every neighbourhood had one, and people met, without an exaggeration, on a daily-basis. It was the community center of the village. People met new and old friends, played games, socialised, ate snacks, drank coffee and ouzo. It was a very friendly, welcoming and homey environment. Unfortunately this concept is rapidly dying in Greece. As a kid I had extremely good memories of these coffeeshops, and for this reason I am passionate to revive and recreate this environment and also add a modern twist. Hope you enjoy it!
.
* **WHAT is NOT Connection Space? NOT** a drinks or party event (responsible drinking only, no shots, no free drinks). **NOT** a dating event. **NOT** foreigners-only, but everyone is welcome
* **What KIND of event is this?** Its a mix of **social** and **cultural event** that build **community**. We have many people from so many different cultures socialising, we promote culture with events with Art exhibitions and Live Music and we also revive the social culture of the Greek traditional village coffeeshop (Καφενείο - read more above).
.
Looking forward to **fun quality Connections**! 🙂

**You will need to buy a ticket for attending -**
[https://zurich27thdec.eventbrite.co.uk](https://zurich27thdec.eventbrite.co.uk)
\*You can use any debit or credit card to purchase your ticket at PayPal checkout. It will ask you for your email address but that is only to send you a receipt. You do not need a PayPal account.
TICKETS:-
Early bird - CHF 10
Regular ticket - CHF 15
Cash at the meetup - If you have not purchased your ticket in advance then you can pay CHF 20 per person in cash on the day of the meetup to Daryna (Please bring exact change)
'Fast friending' is our fun and quick way to help you make new connections quickly with both ladies and gentlemen. These are people in the age group of 21 and 35 and so you will be on a similar wavelength. Naturally you can always choose who to speak with based on your preference!
**Here’s how our Fast Friending works:-**
\- We will meet at 7\.00 and have time to get settle down and get a drink\.
\- From about 7\.30 to 8\.30 we will run the fast friending system\. Half of the group \(mixed gender\) will stay in a fixed place and the other half of the group \(mixed gender\) will be asked to rotate\. During these intervals\, each pair of people will get the opportunity to talk to each other\.
\- Daryna will be hosting the evening and she will organize the fast friending process\. She will indicate when you should move to the next person\.
\- From 8\.30 onwards we will stop the system and people will have to chance go chat and interact with those they have met as well as others\.
If you are a bit shy or anxious then please come early. Daryna will help you meet other members in a small group and help you settle down and get comfortable.
**Our venue for the evening -** Oskar Kowalski Bar is spacious, has comfortable seating and not very noisy. We have a reserved area where our members can meet each other in a supportive environment.
\- We are not a close knit tight group\. Our evenings are warm and comfortable for members attending for the first time and those coming alone\. You will not feel alone\!
\- We have many groups in this city\. Members of our other groups who RSVP are included as guests of the organisers in order to give you an indication of expected people\.
\- This evening is for ladies and gents in the 25 to 40 age group\.
\- Our evenings are not about 'dating' or for 'romantic' connections\. 'Fast friending' is NOT 'Speed dating'\. 'Fast friending' is designed to help members meet other like minded ladies and gents\. It is about new friendships and connections\. Naturally\, new friendships can lead to dating or romantic connections\, but that is not our focus\.
Why do we have tickets?
1. Cover our costs - Our host is compensated for their time and work. We also pay meetup and have dedicated staff to manage our events, hosts, venues and communication.
2. Group Safety - By securing your ticket we have a record and you contribute to a well organized evening where everyone is more committed and better behaved.

HTML5 Master Series (Class 02 of 04) (SPECIAL OFFERING)
**PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT NOTES:**
1. The dates listed for this series are about 95% reliable. We are completing our 2026 schedule as we speak, so minor adjustments are still occurring.
2. Each class in this series has an attendance fee, though this first offering is free on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Each class, from BOTH a sign-up and fee perspective, is a separate entity.
**Introduction:**
HTML5 is the foundational technology for modern web development, serving as the standard markup language for structuring and presenting content on the World Wide Web. Developed through a collaboration between the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and the Web Hypertext Application Technology Working Group (WHATWG), HTML5 provides a robust system of elements (tags) that tell a browser how to display text, images, and multimedia in a clear and meaningful way. It works in concert with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for presentation and JavaScript for interactivity, forming the core technology stack for virtually all websites and many web applications today.
One of the significant advancements of HTML5 is the introduction of powerful new features and elements designed to improve functionality and simplify development. Key additions include native multimedia support via the \ and \ tags, allowing developers to embed media without third-party plugins. It also offers new form controls for better user input, such as date and email types, and introduces web storage capabilities to store data offline for enhanced performance. These features streamline the process of building rich, interactive web experiences.
A significant focus of HTML5 is enhanced semantics and better structural organization of content. New semantic elements like , , , , and \ provide meaningful structure to documents, which aids in search engine optimization (SEO) and improves accessibility for assistive technologies. These elements define different parts of a webpage (e.g., a header for the top, a nav for navigation links, a footer for the bottom), making the code more readable and understandable for both developers and machines. This emphasis on clear structure helps in creating more logical and maintainable websites.
Developing websites in today's competitive environment requires taking advantage of every technique you can to get the maximum exposure possible. Our HTML5 class will not only show you what's new in the HTML specification, but also the best way to develop optimized web pages that get the attention your client and/or company requires.
**The breakdown of the four-class series is as follows:**
**Class 1: Introduction to Web Structure and Basic HTML5**
This class introduces the core concepts of web development, the history of HTML, and the fundamental structure of an HTML5 document.
* **Topics**:
* **Web Architecture Overview**: How browsers, servers, and web pages interact.
* **HTML Fundamentals**: Understanding elements, tags, and attributes.
* **Basic Document Structure**: Using !DOCTYPE html, html, head, and body.
* **Text Formatting**: Headings (h1 to h6), paragraphs (p), and text-level semantics (e.g., strong, em, br).
* **Lists and Links**: Creating ordered (ol) and unordered (ul) lists, and linking between pages using anchor tags (a).
* **Activity**: Students create a basic personal webpage containing text, a list of hobbies, and a link to an external website.
**Class 2: Semantic HTML5 and Multimedia Integration**
Class 2 focuses on modern HTML5 elements that provide meaning (semantics) to content, improving accessibility and search engine optimization. It also covers adding images and multimedia.
* **Topics**:
* **Semantic Elements**: Understanding and implementing elements like header, footer, nav, section, and article.
* **Images**: Adding images using the img tag and attributes like src, alt, width, and height.
* **Multimedia**: Embedding audio and video content using the audio and video tags.
* **File and Folder Structure**: Best practices for organizing project files and managing file paths.
* **Activity**: Students refactor their Class 1 project to use a proper semantic layout and add an image and a link to a video file.
**Class 3: Forms and User Input**
This session is dedicated to building interactive HTML5 forms, which are essential for capturing user data and input.
* **Topics**:
* **Form Basics**: Using the form element, action and method attributes.
* **Input Types**: Exploring various input types (e.g., text, password, checkbox, radio, date, submit).
* **Form Elements**: Utilizing label, textarea, select, option, and button.
* **Client-side Validation**: Implementing HTML5 validation attributes like required, minlength, and pattern.
* **Activity**: Students build a complete contact form with different input fields, radio buttons, and basic HTML5 validation.
**Class 4: Introduction to CSS3 and Basic Styling**
The final class introduces Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to style the HTML content and make the web pages visually appealing and accessible.
* **Topics**:
* **CSS Fundamentals**: The role of CSS, selectors, properties, and values.
* **Integrating CSS**: Using inline, internal, and external style sheets.
* **The Box Model**: Understanding margin, padding, border, and content for basic layout.
* **Basic Styling**: Changing colors, fonts, and text alignment.
* **Accessibility Basics**: Identifying principles of web design usability and accessibility, including ARIA labels.
* **Activity**: Students apply an external CSS file to their Class 3 form project to style the layout, colors, and fonts, culminating in a well-structured and styled webpage.
