Oracular Collage Exhibition – Opening Night
Oracular Collage Exhibition – Opening Night
The exhibition **Oracular Collage** is a magical invitation: each viewer is invited to access messages for their own life through the artworks. Life is symbolic, and when we are fully present, these messages emerge like letters from the Universe. With studies based on Tarot archetypes, magic, and symbolism, the art reveals itself as a living oracle, unfolding through the senses of those who contemplate it. In this exhibition, the artist revisits feelings and symbols, and presents a series of collages and mixed mídia artwork created in Brazil and Germany over a period of ten years. **Vanessa D. Neuber** is a Brazilian artist and curator based in Berlin. With a background in design, art history, and analytical psychology, with an emphasis on mythology, storytelling, and arts, she explores artistic creation as a path to self-knowledge, building bridges between words and images, the visible and the hidden, the dreamlike and the everyday. Her artistic research dialogues with philosophy, quantum physics, symbolism, mindfulness, migration, and feminism. Fascinated by mystery and unanswered questions, she seeks to destabilize certainties and imagine new worlds, inviting the public to experience art as living matter: vital, necessary, and transformative.

Find the Essential Story of Your Family Tree! (First Steps in Metagenealogy)
Find the Essential Story of Your Family Tree! (First Steps in Metagenealogy)
Please join us at New Pages to take your first steps in discovering the essential story of your family tree. Using the book *Metagenealogy: Self-Discovery through Psychomagic and the Family Tree* (Jodorowsky and Costa) as a guiding text, the hosts will help you put together the initial draft of your family tree so that you might learn the essential story you tell and live out in your life. You will then learn the next steps you should take to more fully fill out this story and to make the family tree your ally rather than your enemy. Metageneaology seeks to combine art and science in order to help people create for themselves a meaningful life. Why is this important? We all are in the process of living out some type of story we tell ourselves. Often, this story isn't something we created completely on our own, but is passed down to us via the family tree. It is important that we not only become aware of this story, but that we feel i*n control of it* rather than *being* *controlled by it*. Please join us for the first ever session in this work that we have found immensely help for our own selves. A note: please complete no preparatory work on your tree before the event. You need only bring yourself and perhaps your favorite pen. Attendance is limited to 9 people to allow for adequate time to focus on the discovery and building of each person's tree. Please, if you RSVP and then change your mind, change your status so that another person might be able to join. *The event is free, but a modest donation helps us continue to offer events in the future.*

Lazy Saturday Liar Games
Lazy Saturday Liar Games
Saturday afternoons are perfect to play some lazy liar games, if you have nothing better to do. We are a group of friendly people who will teach you how to play these easy social deduction games . Amazing way to meet new people and have some good company during weekend. **IMPORTANT** It's relaxed playing, nothing for ambitious gamers or people who take it too serious. Waiting list policy: When spots open up, we try to bring in a good mix — some regulars we can count on and some new faces to keep things fresh. That means not everyone will get picked every time, but don’t take it the wrong way — it’s just about balance. There’ll always be more chances to join!

Real Long Term Friendship
Real Long Term Friendship
Nice! You are looking for real long time friendship! You might have already lived in Berlin or other big cities and experienced the "Anonymous" culture for a while. Meeting random people over and over and never see the same person again! In order to find "Real Long Term Friendship" in Berlin, do as follows: * You should not care how many people are joining this meetup. You RVSP. Even if only one person is joining. Because if everyone are waiting for everyone else to RVSP, nobody joins and nobody finds a new friend. * You do not care how many people of the opposite sex are joining. You are looking for friends. Finding the best romantic partner in the world, while avoiding not very attractive others, can be your other goal, for another time. Here we are looking for Friends. Real ones. * You are going to risk a very precious property of yours: Your time! Yes, there are thousands of opportunities in Berlin, there might be a rock concert for free, a birthday party you might miss, an important person might call you and invite you spontaneously, but you never find new friends until you decide to risk your time and meet people anyway. "I will check my calendar and get back to you" also does not work. Commit your time and spend it. Trust me, you won't go bankrupt ;-) * You are ready to use your phone as a real phone! You might have been using your phone as a tablet to visit Instagram and Facebook and watch movies. But if you want to find friends, you must know that people might take your phone number and give you theirs. That means they will Call you! And you have to pick up the phone and answer it. If you want to find new friends, you must be ready to do something really hard for the first time after years: Call people first, and if they called you: Answer your phone! * You are going to meet some people twice! That's the point of friendship. We already can experience random encounters with random people in random places one at a time. But that is not called friendship. If you want friends, you must be ready to meet the same person more than once. If you agree with above, RVSP and COME! You will meet other people who think the same way. P.S: Now that you've read all the way down to here, I suggest you [watch this animation](https://player.vimeo.com/video/547249272?h=22f3dd0f6f).

Bad Girls Book Club March 2026
Bad Girls Book Club March 2026
**Our March pick is *God of the Woods* by Liz Moore.** **This month’s novel is an award-winning literary mystery that blends family drama with psychological suspense. It explores women’s voices and relationships while delivering an exciting, eerie, and deeply suspenseful story. The book is 576 pages in print or 14 hours and 35 minutes on audiobook.** Early morning, August 1975: a camp counselor discovers an empty bunk. Its occupant, Barbara Van Laar, has gone missing. Barbara isn’t just any thirteen-year-old: she’s the daughter of the family that owns the summer camp and employs most of the region’s residents. And this isn’t the first time a Van Laar child has disappeared. Barbara’s older brother similarly vanished fourteen years ago, never to be found. As a panicked search begins, a thrilling drama unfolds. Chasing down the layered secrets of the Van Laar family and the blue-collar community working in its shadow, Moore’s multi-threaded story invites readers into a rich and gripping dynasty of secrets and second chances. It is Liz Moore’s most ambitious and wide-reaching novel yet.

Speak Easy (Storytelling)
Speak Easy (Storytelling)
The topic for March is "Our Bodies, Ourselves" Speak Easy: true stories, told live. The idea is simple: an audience, an open microphone, and great stories. Hilarious, gripping, poignant- it's up to you. Audiences are invited to come to listen or come to tell as folks from all corners of Columbus offer their stories live on stage! Held at Wild Goose Creative's warm, intimate space, this night of tales occurs on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Doors open at 6:30 pm, show starts at 7:00 pm. Please arrive early if you want to tell, as we generally only have room for a limited number of tellers, and the sign-up sheet has a tendency to fill up fast. Formed around the idea that people need stories--they're what hold and draw us together--SpeakEasy celebrates the strangeness and commonness of being human. And in a world of smartphones, Facebook, Twitter, and more . . . it gives people a real, breathing, in-person way to connect. The night is geared for true stories of all kinds, taking the best tales told around kitchen tables, in darkened pubs, on the street corner, and at late-night parties and giving them an audience. Speak Easy is also a great outlet for performers, writers, and artists looking to share their favorite stories and perfect their skills. We strongly encourage tellers to please tell the story rather than read it so we keep within the spirit of good storytelling and stay engaged with the audience. All are welcome. Hang around after the show for a drink and build community!
