We will he walk mostly along Orchard Road so that you can take snaps of the decorations and light displays, explore parts of Emerald Hill, and get a birds eye view of the district from a free secret location. **About the experience: 🍃༄** Winding things down in December creates the perfect rhythm to immerse yourself in nature. This practice of **natural embodiment** **is a not a hike nor is it meant to be therapy** \- it is a slow\, reflective\, and embodied practice\. During the session, we move at an unhurried pace and pause often. Through nature-inspired invitations, such as listening to the sand, holding a natural object, or resting in stillness — we allow nature to meet us where we are, without trying to fix or force anything. This practice draws on somatic awareness, gentle attention, and non-linear exploration. Experiences may feel calming, emotional, grounding, or quietly insightful — each person’s experience will be different. There is no expectation to perform, share, or achieve anything. You are welcome to arrive exactly as you are. However, you are free to integrate religion into your experience! I often find these experiences step between the physical and spiritual realm, and that can exist outside of religion.
