The Mental Peace lab is a weekly meditation class where you get to tune in to peaceful mental states, which is the core of Buddhist meditation. Different approaches allow to do this, which we'll explore together. The class each time consists of a guided meditation, a practical and interactive Buddhist teaching and concludes with a nice collective meditation that draws from this teaching. After this, for those who wish, tea is served and we can chat :) The class is taught in English by an experienced meditator and translated sequentially into Greek. We will discuss what mushroom species can be cultivated, what tree species they can grow on, and demonstrate how to prepare and inoculate the logs. **Pagans on the Patio! Summer/Fall Series** A casual gathering the first Thursday of each month. Time to relax, meet new people, and reconnect with old friends. Private Group. Closed to the Public Knowing ourselves and understanding our abilities is the first step toward wielding our gifts with control and accuracy. In subsequent classes we will verify and hone our talents with activities and discussion. These are hands-on workshops and participation is expected. The goal of our series will be to develop expertise in areas of particular interest such as mediumship, channeling, divination, healing and, etc..
