Egynapos impró színházi workshop Farkas Ábel vezetesével, a Flow Színház szervezésében. Semmilyen előképzettség vagy színházi ismeret nem szükséges. Ez sok feszültséget szül bennünk, és megnehezíti, hogy természetesen viselkedjünk. Az impróban egy másik jelentős nehézség, hogy fogalmunk sincs, mit fog a társunk (társaink) csinálni, és ahhoz hogy kapcsolódjunk. Ez a bizonytalanség további frusztrációt kelt. A tréning során olyan irányelveket, technikákat gyakorlunk, melyek segítenek, hogy a fent említett nehézségeken úrrá legyünk. Ezen módszerek alkalmazása túlmutat a színjátszáson, és az élet más területein is hasznos, mint például a társas együttélés, csapatmunka és kommunikáció.
