Core projects include Pixi (a cross-platform package manager written in Rust), rattler (crates to work with Conda packages), and rattler-build. With \~7 years in the conda ecosystem, including creating Mamba during his time at QuantStack, Wolf has a lot of experience in making package management fast, reproducible, and secure. Florian Gilcher used to be part of the Rust team in several positions and served as a member of the Rust Foundation board. He is also a co-founder of the Rust Berlin meetup. Today, he’s training Rust at Ferrous Systems, a company he co-founded. **Open mic & future talks** We’ll reserve a few short slots for anyone who wants to share something with the group. This can be a quick idea, a project, or an experience. Slides are optional. If you’re interested in giving a longer talk at a future meetup, this is also a good opportunity to connect with the organizers. **Venue & access** Please arrive on time. We will have someone at the entrance to let people in between 18:30 and 19:15. We play any kind of board and card games. Most of them are german or language neutral games. It doesn't matter if you are casual or core player. The main thing is to meet and have fun. Maybe. That I can't quite guarantee but once their sets are over you, the people, get to give your feedback to the comedian. It could be good, it could be bad, but it will always be constructive! **Show starts at 22.00 sharp**. We talk about **comics**! Graphic novels, graphic non-fiction, comic strips, superhero comics, manga - all types of comics are welcome. **Bring a comic book that you are currently reading or one that you want to talk about** (either a physical or digital copy). If you read comics on your tablet, then bring your tablet with you. If you haven't read anything recently (life gets in the way, we know), then feel free to come for comic recommendations. Depending on the weather, we'll meet either at the Bode-Museum café (1st floor, no ticket required) or at Tiergarten for a picnic. I'll write an update a day or two before the meetup! An electric atmosphere featuring visiting pros and some of the best comedians in Berlin. Lively yet laid-back energy in an intimate setting. The last Saturday of the month, we’re doing a Chuckleheads special. Some of the show’s favorite comedians doing longers sets, followed by a panel with all the performers on stage, questions from the audience and a laid-back conversational vibe. Expect a lot of riffing, confessions, weird takes and memorable live moments with some of the best comedians in Berlin. IMPORTANT!!! The show it’s earlier than the regular Thursday Chuckleheads. It runs from 7:30 PM till 9 PM on the Saturday, so it’s also convenient if you have plans after. Start your Saturday night on the right note!
