Bermondsey Beer Mile | ADHD Social | London | Everyone Welcome
Bermondsey Beer Mile | ADHD Social | London | Everyone Welcome
**Brews and Lose... Track of Time!** Bermondsey Beer Mile. Relaxed pace. Visit craft brewery tap rooms in ancient industrial London. It really is a lovely walk, lots of Victorian buildings, murals, art, etc. As with all our events, you **do not** need an ADHD diagnosis. Come as you are, meet nice, quirky people. We will attempt to visit several of the taprooms in a loosely sequential order. I strongly recommend having thirds or halves of a pint! Some of us will succeed. To keep you in sustenance, there will be assorted food places along the route. We start at [The Kernal Taproom,](https://share.google/c3sPrvF5jXxSsbwGJ) and finish up around London Bridge where... who knows what may happen next, **What will definitely happen:** - At least one person will show up to the wrong place - Someone will spend forty minutes reading the entire tap list and order a basic bitch Fosters/Carling - A conversation will begin, go completely off-piste, and never return to the original point - Someone will announce they're leaving and still be there an hour later - We will collectively lose track of time, money, and the thread of at least six conversations **What will probably not happen:** - Not everyone arriving on time - Leaving when we said we would - Remembering what the plan was - But we will try. **Directions:** Meet at [The Kernal taproom ](https://share.google/c3sPrvF5jXxSsbwGJ) preferably at 12, before the rush. Nearest Tube: Bermondsey - Jubilee Line Our WhatsApp group: [Message us here](https://chat.whatsapp.com/EQgW6gtwMhh2kPgP7CyrBK) READ THE GUIDE!! Family Constellations & Universal Therapy group workshop in West London
Family Constellations & Universal Therapy group workshop in West London
𝀌 Looking for personal growth? 𝀌 Want to love and be loved? 𝀌 Is your partner annoying you? 𝀌 Facing health issues? 𝀌 Struggling with money or stuck in business? **What We Offer** 𝀌 Family Constellations 𝀌 Universal Therapy 𝀌 Self-development games 𝀌 Memory and creativity exercises 𝀌 Tea & Coffee break and networking Family Constellations is an advanced approach to problem-solving that helps you gain clarity, overcome inner conflicts, and make positive changes. **Family Constellation** It is a systemic method that explores how problems in our life might be connected to our family relationships, even from past generations. The basic idea is that every group (a family or a business team) is a system where everyone is connected. If the system is unbalanced, for example by excluding a family member or carrying unresolved trauma (like losing a family member in a war), it can affect the whole system and cause problems. It is based on the principle that there’s a Knowing Field (Energy-Information Field) containing everything – past and present, the collective energy and the family’s emotional history. Though not fully understood and scientifically backed, everyone can experience it. When we connect to this Field, the real dynamics behind your situation become visible. **Universal Therapy** It’s a more advanced method combining Family Constellations with Gestalt, Body therapy, Quantum psychology, and Theta healing. The core principle is simple: to solve any problem, find its root. And the root lies in Truth. Sometimes simply seeing the Truth is enough for healing to start. Like detectives, we find the root. Once found, we work with it and address the issue. The process can be surprisingly efficient because we go straight to the cause rather than spending months discussing symptoms. **Many people experience meaningful results within 1–2 sessions, but each case depends on the nature of the problem.** **More information about Family Constellations [https://studioadorio.com](http://%5Bhttps//studioadorio.com%5D(https://studioadorio.com) "\[https://studioadorio.com\](https://studioadorio.com)")** ### **How a Session Works** \- We sit in a circle\. One person \(the Issue Holder / Client\) presents a challenge\. \- As an Issue Holder: You get to sit back and look at your problem from the outside through a systemic lens\. Seeing the "map" of your life move in front of you provides instant clarity\. \- As a Representative: I will ask participants to stand in for people or elements related to that challenge \(e\.g\.\, a father\, a boss\, "Money\," or a "Goal"\)\. Your only job is to notice your body’s signals: a tingling in your hands\, a shift in emotion\, or a sudden thought\. Trust what you feel\. This role is often just as healing as being the client\. Being a Representative is not mandatory. You are welcome to just watch and absorb the energy of the field. The process is completely safe. You cannot “take on” anything that doesn’t belong to you. Sometimes an emotional surge appears, but this is always your own energy coming up to heal. The Field shows only what you are ready to face. If you need to process what comes up, lean on your therapist, supervisor, or friends. I am also here if you need to contact me for guidance or follow-up support [https://studioadorio.com/contact](http://%5Bhttps//studioadorio.com/contact%5D(https://studioadorio.com/contact) "\[https://studioadorio.com/contact\](https://studioadorio.com/contact)") ### **Why Is It Useful?** • It can identify the root causes of problems when other methods fail. • It offers new perspectives for resolving conflicts or making decisions. • Healing one person in the system leads to healing the entire system. **Where?** Shepherd's Bush, Hammersmith & Fulham, London, W12 8BA. The exact location will be sent to your email after booking. **Cost:** £30 flat fee (covers both representatives and issue holders) **For whom?** For people over 25 years old. The group is limited to 8 participants. **Facilitator:** **Kateryna Goodzenko** – Family Constellations and Universal Therapy Practitioner (Ukraine) ### **Commitment & Self-Care** \- By signing up for any of my sessions and workshops you agree to co\-create a safe\, inclusive\, respectful and confidential space for everyone in the group \- Due to the intense emotional nature of constellations\, by joining you agree to take full responsibility for your emotional\, mental\, spiritual and physical well\-being before\, during and after the group\, which also means contacting me if you require assistance\. **Ready to start?** **Come for the benefits and the fun!** **Please get tickets here [https://rb.gy/5h3xkk](https://rb.gy/5h3xkk)** **Questions?** Message Kateryna on WhatsApp [+4474 6969 0203](http://%5Bhttps//wa.me/447469690203%5D(https://wa.me/447469690203) "\[https://wa.me/447469690203\](https://wa.me/447469690203)") **Cancellation:** 3 days' notice required for a refund (excludes Eventbrite fees). **This event is not a substitute for therapy.** It is a self-development workshop and is not a substitute for clinical therapy or medical treatment. If you are experiencing mental illness or psychosis, participation is not recommended. Please do not attend if you are under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol.
Thames Foreshore Visit - Rotherhithe! (Full Members only)
Thames Foreshore Visit - Rotherhithe! (Full Members only)
Running through the heart of London; the River Thames has played a central role in the history of the city, and when the tide is low, the capital’s longest archaeological site is revealed. Come along on Sunday 7th June to explore London’s dynamic history... **About the foreshore** I will be your guide as we will be going down to the Thames foreshore at low tide, where we will have about 1h 30mins to have a look around for objects before the tide comes in. I will tell you more about foreshore, the industry in the area and will be on hand to identify and date objects you find. Most objects you can spot sitting on the foreshore after being washed in on the tide (we are not allowed to dig or scrape the foreshore surface). You will find everything from bits of pottery, clay pipes, bottles, animal bones to ship items. Most of the things we find are from the Medieval to the Victorian period or you might be lucky and find something Roman or older. The foreshore at Rotherhithe was where lots of ships were dismantled, so you will see lots of ships nails, ships timbers and items related to the people carrying out the dismantling. The foreshore is very stony, so please wear sensible shoes (preferably walking boots/shoes or wellington boots). Plastic gloves and bags will be provided. **Cost** This is for Full Members of the group only and will be free. **Become a Full Member** To become a Full Member (£14 a year), either: \- Pay cash at an event \- Pay via Bank Transfer \(TSB Bank plc\, Sort code: 77\-66\-65\, Account no: 00030809\, Account name: Cultureseekers) \- Pay via credit card on the day or in advance \([https://pay.sumup.com/b2c/QLAX8AUI](https://pay.sumup.com/b2c/QLAX8AUI)) \- go to PayPal \- [https://www.paypal.com/uk/](https://www.paypal.com/uk/), then click on 'Pay & Get Paid‘, then click on 'Send Money’, put in the email address: [general@cultureseekers.org](mailto:general@cultureseekers.org) in the 'Send Money' box, then 'Next' and then enter the amount to pay. As per the conditions of my group permit, you will need to be present for this, if you are late, I won't be able to accommodate you.** **Afterwards** After, we will head to 'Mr Cappuccino coffee shop', 190 Jamaica Road for a chat over a drink. Please note, we only wait at the meeting point for 10 minutes after the advertised meeting time, so please be on time or early. If you can't see us outside the station, please text. LondonJamSessions x TAM MIC DROP (20 Second Chain) #35
LondonJamSessions x TAM MIC DROP (20 Second Chain) #35
I am proud to announce that we having our jam at the Temple Of Art & Music in Elephant & Castle!! 20 Second Chain: A structured improvisation format where a musical “chain” unfolds organically, with each player responding to and building on what came before. Lineup (on stage together): - 2 guitarists - 1 bass - 1 drummer - 1–2 singers - 1 additional instrument (sax, trumpet, percussion, etc.) How It Works: 1. All musicians on stage are assigned a number, which determines the playing order. 2. Playing order, a key (and available chords) is written on a whiteboard opposite the stage. 3. Number 1 begins alone with a simple idea for 20 seconds — leave space for others to build. 4. Every 20 seconds, the next numbered musician joins one at a time, layering something that complements what’s already happening. 5. Once everyone has entered and the full band is playing, the group improvises for 5 minutes, developing the groove — complexity and solos can grow naturally. 6. No on-stage planning — listen and respond in real time. 7. After the timer ends, the group rotates and a new chain begins. The Temple Of Art and Music is a live music venue and bar in Elephant & Castle so I encourage anyone attending to bring friends as it will be great fun for them even if they are not playing. The venue has a PA system, drum kit, mics and guitar/bass amps. There is no guarantee that there will be cymbals or drum accessories with the drum kit at the venue. Drummers please being your own if you can. Like all our other jams it will be a chance to jam with other musicians playing the music that you love in a gentle environment with no judgement and no pressure. This jam also uniquely gives the opportunity to play in front of a crowd! Tickets are **£10 online** message us let us know what instrument you play and we will confirm if there is space and send you the Eventbrite link for the jam. Please do not hesitate to contact me for more information about this jam and London Jam Sessions. At London Jam Sessions we have an active community on WhatsApp where we all discuss the upcoming jams and future events. Everyone in the community is encouraged to ask questions and bring forward new ideas. Dm me and I can add you to our Whatsapp group.
