Healing the Past Reiki Practice Night
Namaste Healers.
Do you have topics you don't want to talk about?
What about people and past events you don't want to think about?
Over time, many of us accumulate thousands of small hurts that we carry around in our energy body – hurts that dampen our mood, sap our energy, and emotionally weigh us down.
And here is the thing: time doesn't heal them. All it does is bury them. So we might think we've gotten over them, but then we hear a pop song, cast our eyes over an old photo album, taste a wine we shared with an ex, and our heart tightens, and we feel the pain of unresolved emotions.
At this Reiki practice night, through both group Reiki and meditation exercises, we'll study techniques for healing the past so we can enjoy a brighter present.
So come along. Begin clearing out the emotional gunk in the system, and leave feeling lighter and happier.
Hope to see you there!
Jeremy

Lets Hello World: n8n
A hands-on session exploring n8n, the open source workflow automation tool. We will install it, build a simple automation, and experiment with connecting services and local AI models.
**About the Event**
Let’s Hello World is a simple idea. We pick an open source tool and begin.
Not a deep dive. Not a polished workshop. Just a focused session to install it, try it, and build something small together.
The goal is to get past the hardest step: beginning.
**n8n**
n8n is an open source workflow automation tool that lets you connect services, APIs, and scripts into repeatable workflows.
During this session we will:
\- Run n8n locally
\- Explore the interface
\- Build a basic workflow
\- Connect to at least one real service
No prior experience required. If you have been meaning to try n8n but have not made the time, this is your chance.
Bring a laptop and curiosity.
Time: from 11AM to 3PM
Location: Room GR03, Melbourne Business School

Coffee Catchup - Blackburn ☕
Instead of having coffee while watching Netflix, we’re coming together as a community, connecting in person, sharing tips, providing support wherever we can AND having coffee together ☕.
* **What We’re About**
You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with, so join us — and be part of a community that rises above circumstances and creates opportunities. Inspire and be inspired by those who make things happen.
It's a relaxed, organic space to connect with like-minded people and network—genuinely talking, learning from each other, and connecting over shared interests.
* **What to Expect**
Casual Meetups: We gather semi-regularly at a local café to chat about everything from stepping outside your comfort zone to business ideas, creative projects, and building a life aligned with your purpose. It’s relaxed, easy, and welcoming—no need to have anything “figured out.”
An Easy-Going Space: We keep things simple and low-pressure. Once everyone arrives, we ease in with some light conversation and naturally break into smaller groups.
Networking: Feel free to introduce yourself or let people know what you're working on if you feel like it. And if anyone wants to quickly shout out what they’re working on or looking for before we settle in, go for it—it’s a great way to spark new conversations.
* **Host Support**
If you’d like a one-on-one chat with me about your business, just tap me on the shoulder. I’ll be floating around and happy to make time for you.
**Quick note for the day:**
Depending on the weather, we might go for a walk around Blackburn Lake. Just remember to wear comfy shoes :)

Prioritising what matters workshop
🧭 Prioritising What Matters Most
In January, we did the **Vision Boarding** workshop 🖼️
Big ideas. Big feelings. Big “ah yes, this is the life” energy.
And then…
Monday happened. 😐
This workshop is about what comes **after** the vision:
👉 **What do you actually do next when everything feels important and your brain has simply left the chat?**
If your to-do list currently:
* Stares back at you menacingly 👁️
* Has items from 2019 still “in progress”
* Feels like a moral judgement instead of a tool
✨ welcome ✨
We’re taking your existing vision and turning it into **clear priorities and doable tasks**, without shame, hustle, or pretending you’re powered by unlimited spoons.
### 🛠️ What we’ll do (chaos → clarity pipeline)
* Use **values** as a decision filter (not a personality test, promise) 🧽
* Narrow things down to **3–5 values that matter *right now*** (everyone else can wait)
* Do a quick **life audit** to find where your energy is thriving vs. quietly escaping through the vents 🪫
* Translate all that into:
* A short list of priorities that actually deserve your time 🎯
* Habits that won’t immediately start a rebellion 😤
* One-off tasks with a suspiciously high payoff 💥
* Apply the **TOP framework** (Time-pressure × Outcome ÷ Perspiration) so you’re not spinning the “what should I do?” wheel every day 🎡
### 💬 Plot twist: you will talk to people
This is a **social workshop** 🤝
There will be:
* Pair chats
* Occasional “oh wow same” moments
No forced sharing. No spotlight anxiety.
You can participate by talking, listening, nodding, or aggressively highlighting your worksheet. All valid.
### 🧠 Who it’s for
Neurodivergent folks (ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, gloriously neurospicy 🌶️) who:
* Came to the Vision Boarding workshop and want the *actual follow-through (but it's ok if you didn't come to it 😅)*
* Have a vision but a to-do list that has become a cry for help 🆘
* Are tired of productivity systems that assume you wake up refreshed and motivated every day
### 📍 The extremely important logistics
🗓 **Sunday 15 February**
⏰ **1.30pm – 3.30pm**
📍 **Sandringham Library**
Worksheets provided ✍️
No pressure to overshare 🙅
Low-energy attendance fully respected 😴💚
Same vision. Fewer tabs. Better priorities.
Let’s make your to-do list less cursed. 🪄🧠
Coffee + Make new friends
Grab a coffee and make some new friends. Or just get out and get some fresh air and socialize.
If this is your very first meetup and a bit unsure, 2 simple steps you need to follow:
1. Reach the location at the time specified.
2. Walk up to the group and say 'Hi', everyone in the group is here to make friends... so you can be sure to have a good time
Looking forward to meeting you all!
