Hi everyone — I’m organizing another small in-person meetup about social anxiety. I personally struggled with social anxiety for a long time. I’m now almost fully recovered, and I’d like to keep creating a safe, respectful space where we can talk openly about it. Please don’t be shy about joining. Even if only one person attends, that is completely fine — it can still be a useful and meaningful conversation. What matters is having a place where it feels possible to open up about social anxiety, loneliness, and the difficulty of meeting people.
