Budapest Lean Coffee - Gyorsítósáv a sztenderdhez, támogatás a betanításhoz
Budapest Lean Coffee - Gyorsítósáv a sztenderdhez, támogatás a betanításhoz

The language of this workshop is Hungarian. **A helyszín akadálymentessége:** A helyszín akadálymentes.

Online Dating Talk: What Are You Struggling With Right Now?
Online Dating Talk: What Are You Struggling With Right Now?
### **Event Description** Modern dating can feel confusing, frustrating, and emotionally draining—and many people struggle silently, wondering if they’re the only ones experiencing it. This online talk is a supportive, judgment-free space to explore the **most common dating struggles people face today**, such as: * Mixed signals and inconsistency * Overthinking texts and communication * Emotional availability and distance * Chemistry vs. compatibility * Knowing when to stay or walk away I’ll begin with a short talk highlighting the patterns I see most often in dating, followed by an open conversation where participants are invited (but never required) to share what they’re currently struggling with. There’s no pressure to speak—listening is always welcome. This event is ideal if you want clarity, perspective, and reassurance that you’re not alone in your dating experience. *** ### **What to Expect** * A relaxed, respectful online environment * Insight into common dating patterns * Thoughtful discussion and reflection * No selling, no pressure—just real conversation ### **Who This Is For** Anyone navigating dating who wants more understanding, emotional clarity, and grounded perspective.
A Szopifáj Modell
A Szopifáj Modell
Mitől lett ekkora a hype a fogalom körül? Mik a bevezetések gyakorlati tanulságai? Na ezekben a kérdésekben fogunk végre rendet vágni tabudöntögető meetup-unkon, ahol **Tokovicz György**, Közép-Európa legrockosabb agilis szakértője lesz a vendégünk, aki egyébként a Raiffeisen Bank International bécsi főhadiszállásának senior agilis tanácsadója!
Emerging Founders Budapest - CEE as a Launchpad
Emerging Founders Budapest - CEE as a Launchpad
📅 Emerging Founders Budapest: CEE as the Launchpad Date: Friday, 6 February 2026 Location: Puzl Coworking, Budapest Language: English Organising Partner: MBH Fintechlab 🚀 CEE as the Launchpad: Connecting Polish & Hungarian Ecosystems It's an Emergencee. The CEE startup ecosystem is rising to prominence, but to truly scale, we need cross-border alliances. We are bringing the Emerging Founders energy to Budapest for a special edition focused on connecting the Polish and Hungarian startup scenes. Expect a raw, honest conversation about what it takes to launch globally from CEE and wheather the CEE make sense as an expansion ground. Followed by a high-energy "Pitch Battle" where a contingent of Polish and Hungarian startups go head-to-head. No fluff, just real feedback, genuine connections, and a curated crowd of founders, VCs, and operators. Emerging Founders is a founder-to-founder community built around a simple belief: you will never grow alone. We connect and support CEE founders on their way to scale globally, through curated events and long-term relationships (not an accelerator, not a one-off conference). Budapest is our next stop because CEE is strongest when we treat it as a region, not a set of isolated markets—and because scaling globally rarely happens in isolation. Session #21 - Politics, Part 2 - Power from 3 points of view
Session #21 - Politics, Part 2 - Power from 3 points of view
*“If your opponent is of choleric temper, seek to irritate him. Pretend to be weak, that he may grow arrogant.”* (The Art of War) *“A prince must know how to use both the beast and the man… one must be a fox to recognize traps, and a lion to frighten wolves.”* (The Prince) *“Know how to adapt yourself to others; the chameleon lives on air and takes its color from what surrounds it.”* (Oráculo Manual) Politics is closely related to power. And the laws of power are not necessarily ruled by virtue or good intentions. What factors determine power, then? In this session, we bring together three thinkers who never met, were widely separated by time, countries, and circumstances. Yet they describe underlying realities about the brutality of power. Today we talk about **Sun Tzu, Niccolò Machiavelli, and Baltasar Gracián**. Today, we leave morality and higher ideals aside, as power can often override them. This session is about how power actually behaves in groups, states, and life. We will draw on these three thinkers, who offer a wide and unsettling window into the mechanics of power. **Sub-topics:** Today we will examine the below aspects, explore our own views for each of them and then contrast our views with those of the 3 thinkers: * The meaning of power * Views on Leadership * Deception and adaptation * Avoiding conflict * How to handle information * Weakness and strengths * When to Attack * Victory **Questions:** * What is power for you? * Have you ever been in a position of power? * Was your power based on force, influence, dependency, or perception? * What techniques do you use—or would you use—to gain or remain in power? *** * What are the essential attributes of a leader? * What would you recommend to someone holding power? * What would you expect from a person who holds power? *** * Have you ever been in a position where you betrayed your principles while in power? * Is betraying one’s principles something that can always be avoided? * Can hypocrites or liars have an advantage over those who are not? *** * Is avoiding conflict always a good thing? * Can you withdraw from a confrontation without losing credibility? * Have you turned a conflict into a good situation for you? *** * When ruling, where do you get your information from? * Do you listen to those you would rather not hear? * Has silence ever given you more power than speaking? *** * What is your strategy when facing someone stronger than you in a power dynamic? * How do you enhance your strengths as a ruler? *** * When is the right moment to attack, or engage in confrontation, in your view? * Do you prefer to act when the external conditions are right, or when you feel internally ready to act? *** * What is victory for you in a power dynamic? When have you truly won? * What is the difference between attaining victory and maintaining power? * Is it always convenient—or wise—to win?

Self-Love: Confidence Through Expression
Self-Love: Confidence Through Expression
Confidence can be cultivated in many ways—through reflection, conversation, creativity, and practice. In this Confidence Lab session, we’ll explore one powerful pathway: **building confidence from the inside out through physical expression and movement**. This experience is designed to help you reconnect with your body as a source of insight, self-trust, and presence. We’ll begin by grounding into what’s bringing you here, creating space to notice how your body is showing up and what it’s holding. From there, you’ll be guided through accessible movement exercises that invite awareness and choice—isolating different parts of the body, experimenting with movement, and practicing what it feels like to take up space intentionally. Next, you’ll participate in a small-group dance lesson led in a supportive, low-pressure environment. No dance experience is needed. The focus is not on performance or perfection, but on expression, curiosity, and allowing yourself to move with confidence as you are. We’ll close with a reflective group discussion, exploring what emerged during the experience and how these insights can be applied beyond the studio—how you inhabit your body, how you carry yourself, and how you show up in everyday life. **What to know:** * Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you feel good moving in * No dance experience required * Light snacks and beverages will be provided This session is for anyone interested in deepening their relationship with confidence by listening to their body, expanding their capacity for self-expression, and practicing self-love as an embodied experience. **Featured Speaker: Mary Grace** Mary Grace, the dynamic force behind MG Choreography & Boutique, has been transforming special occasions with her unique blend of artistry and passion for over seven years. Data & Analytics Wednesday - Compensation Data
Data & Analytics Wednesday - Compensation Data
**People Analytics 101: Making Sense of Compensation Data** Compensation data is one of the most widely used and widely misunderstood forms of people analytics. The session will cover where compensation data comes from, including market pricing data, internal payroll data, and benchmarking sources, and how companies think about structuring and analyzing that information. We will explore how compensation data is leveraged to set salary ranges, manage internal equity, support hiring and retention, and align pay with business strategy. A portion of the session will address common data challenges and limitations, such as market noise, inconsistent job matching, and incomplete datasets, while keeping the primary focus on practical use rather than technical depth. The session will also look ahead at where the space is going, including the growing impact of pay transparency laws, expanding pay equity requirements, and emerging regulations in the US and Europe that require organizations to report on gender and pay gaps. The goal is to give attendees a clear mental model for how compensation analytics works today and why getting it right is becoming increasingly critical. (note: we are back at Rev1 this month!) **About Our Speaker** [Alex Moore](https://www.linkedin.com/in/alexscottmoore/) is the founder of [Moore Cooperative](https://moorecooperative.com/), where he advises organizations on compensation strategy, pay equity, and people analytics. His work focuses on helping organizations like the Ohio Supreme Court design, analyze, and communicate compensation systems that are data-informed, defensible, and aligned with organizational goals. Alex lives in Granville, Ohio and has three little kiddos. More info at [cbusdaw.com](https://cbusdaw.com)
