As a new yoga teacher, I’m excited to share a practice that builds strength and mobility through Hatha Yoga and simple mobility movements. In this class, we’ll move with mindful breath and purposeful movement, using foundational poses and flowing sequences to wake up the body, improve joint mobility, and build functional strength. My intention is to create a supportive space where we practice together, learn from each other, and cultivate calm, focus, and presence both on and off the mat. Whether you are new to yoga or returning after a break, we will move at a comfortable pace, listen to our bodies, and celebrate small progress as we grow. The *On a whim* live storytelling show is on Wednesday, 24th June. If you’ve got a story or just an idea in mind, come to one of our pitch workshops at the end of May. If your story is shortlisted for the show, our host will work with you as you polish and rehearse it. 📌 Story Requirements: * Your story must be true * It must be told in the first person—you are the main character * It should be between 5-10 minutes You don't need to have a completed or polished story ready - just a beginning idea is okay.
