Sembawang Park is one of the few parks with a naval history. During the war, it was used as the site of a Naval Base. Along the way, we will explore some tunnels and bunkers used during WWII, an ancient mosque, the secret beach, Eagle Point, Sembawang shipyard, and the colonial Black & White Houses built for the British Navy. Boxing is a combat sport that utilises punches, footwork, and head movement. Also known as “The Sweet Science”, it is best known for its efficiency of hitting without getting hit. Students will be taught the proper mechanics behind generating fast and powerful punches, as well as evading punches through evasive movements and footwork.
