Come join us for a trail social run, jog, walk in Islands Brygge We are not a typical running club, so please read about the concept in “about us”. How it works: we don’t know in advance where the trail will go, but we know it will be fun! A member of the club, the 'hare', sets a trail, usually marked with flour. The rest of us, the 'pack', follows the hare's 'scent', i.e., the marks. There will be a 8-10 km trail for runners with shortcuts down to 5-6 km for walkers and those who need a slower pace. We have no set pace - run/walk as slow or as fast as you'd like. After the run we enjoy some refreshments and socialize. Come a few minutes before the start so that you can say hi and leave your bag in a designated bag car before we set off at 18:30. Don’t worry if there are few registrations on Meetup. We have existed for 44 years, and a lot of our members (anywhere from 20 to 50 people) just show up. Four-legged friends are welcome! We never cancel. See you there!

Rabid Danes Hash House Harriers is a non-competitive running social club with a focus on running/jogging/hiking in nature. Trails always cover a distance of 15 km or more. Hash traditions apply: we do not know in advance where the trail will lead us, but we will figure it out together. Walkers and joggers start at 10:00. Runners start at 11:00. Unlike our weekly runs, everyone follows the same trail, there are no shortcuts. The lunch is usually served between 13-13:45h The run fee of 75 DKK covers all the food and drinks after the run (picnic style), including beer/water and hot cocoa. Remember to bring a bag with spare clothes for after the run. You don't have to carry the bag during the run, as there will be a bag car. We look forward to seeing you!
